Hi Nicole, I am 60 years old dance-movement teacher, I have nerve damage in my one side leg after a car accident, I have held myself back from ballet training for 12 years. At the present I feel I need to give work to my muscles and whole body and this workout is just great for me. Of course I am not able to do so many repetitions at first time, but I feel happy and my body is happy doing this. Thank You!

I've been strength training for over 4 years, my legs are literal power units . And this simple 30 min workout humbled me SO MUCH. That leanback squat pose?? What the hell! I have gained immense respect for dancers !

the final lean back while on my toes was a killer! I love this one, so hard and I did it!

I have been doing your workouts for almost 2 years now and I think this one might be my favorite. My memories of most of the videos blur together, but I haven't forgotten the shake and burn the first time I did this one! And wheww boyyy does that memory still hold up!

As a performative artist, during the pandemic, I started searching for ways to keep moving and kept searching for workout videos that just felt right. But most of the instructors offered harsher workouts (which most people enjoy and I've full respect for.) For the most part of me exercising I was always looking forward to the results. I was struggling to get through a 30-40 min set just to feel the burn after. I never thought I would be looking forward to the actual workout ! It feels so good ! Thank you so much Nicole!

I have been doing your videos pretty consistently for almost 2 years now and noticed tons of improvement with my muscle endurance but this video is STILL one I can't do without JUMPING out of some of the exercises after the last rep and it makes my legs shake INTENSELY. Hahaha but I love it. Even if I say otherwise halfway through sometimes :')
Wow that workout had it all...great pace, amazing exercises and a perfect amount of challenges. At the waterski position, especially when the pulses came around, my legs were shaking like crazy. But I kept repeating to myself "Nicole says, it's a good thing". Thank you as always!

Oh that waterski position was one of the most challenging moments I had with Nicole for these two years. I must admit I had to give up when the pulses came but that’s now my new challenge. Very nice and pretty hard class.

I like your soothing voice, which somehow eases the tiredness. You always remind when to inhale and exhale which is very helpful. I think that I burned a lot but was gentle to my body. Thank you Niicole- Will look for more workouts from you.

As a former dancer thank you for this!!! It’s been 3 years since I stopped dancing because Covid ended for me and I’ve been trying to find ways to incorporate what I know into a workout routine but most importantly get back to feeling in control with my body like I did when I was a competition dancer. Dear Nicole! This one is so amazing! I am 40 and not. A dancer, but I believe the dancer’s body physics is the most balanced one for everyone who desires to look and move elegantly, with a great glimpse of health within! It was a hard workout to finish! So rewarding! I am planning to come back to it again and again (though you have so many workouts to try out)! I have 2 daughters who are in ballet classes (they are 9 and 4) and I am gonna let them try this barre class today - it is a summer break - I bet they gonna love it! Thank you!

Love your videos Nicole 🤗💕 I'm struggling to find content whilst I'm pregnant. They're all so easy but I love your teaching style and the movements are so sneaky for such innocent looking moves! Can't do all of them and avoiding certain moves but so much better than walk on the spot and boring workouts that aren't challenging. Thank you for giving such wonderful content for free 💕💕 the variety is amazing and all have favourites and...not so favourites 😂
