Just pulled one of these out of a 5150, this video was the first search result in Google for the model number. Date code on mine is 6-9-85

Never remove connectors by pulling on the cable. You can break it.

You are using way too much lubricant on that bottom bearing of the spindle. On the top pcb two capacitors are missing and a lot of components are bend. On the servo pcb on the back side two electrolytics are bend and one got his legs pulled out, you should replace those. The top "pinch" wheel that goes in the center of the disk cannot be lubricated the way you did it, the pin is not moving it's the plastic wheel on the bottom that moves (spring loaded btw). Oil also will affect the plastic and it will eventually fall apart, you should use Molykote E or EM. The last thing you want is oil spreading through the drive or worse on the disk and heads. And is that contact cleaner you were spraying in those switches? If it is you'd better get it out because it will affect the plastic and eventually also the metal parts inside, only a few cleaners can be used this way (Like Kontakt Tuner-600 spray).

Adding: this kind of fiber glass is way too hard for gold plated contact. The result, temporarily good, will not last long because the gold coating has been scratched and will wear the base metal underneath. Better use a soft clothing with >99% IPA.
