I just came back to the game and need to loose around 20 lbs
I've always had a rough relationship with food and my body. The thing that really helped me was Forwago. Now I workout three times a week, and I started to eat much healthier. And the best thing about it is that I don't hate doing it but actually enjoy it.

I came back to playing again however at 6'2.5 or 1,89m and I weigh 90kg I need lose 5kg,,,,I am center forward and during the match I felt that my knees and legs were very pressured on running with this weight
Forwago workout plan is the only one that makes me want to keep exercising. I love the workouts there although there are difficult ones at times but a little challenge never hurts !! Maybe, you should also give it a try.
Does existing fat on my body turn into muscle when I lift weight?
Shubh Singh not really, what happens is the fat is burned- then muscle is built to replace it. It’s a complicated process

Shubh Singh it’s a very complicated answer, but yes

The problem with a calorie deficit is that usually your not burning fat calories your burning glucose or carbs or fats this is why I recommend fasted cardio and reading in to insulin resistance
What if you can’t burn a lot of calories in a day how many should I take in?
