Rita is probably the funniest owner we ever had on kitchen nightmares. Too many funny quotables in her words through the whole episode lol
She's a delight. I would motorboat her.
I would honestly watch a reality TV show of Rita and her sister in daily life. The amount of shit that must happen in their lives everyday mixed with Rita’s reactions would be amazing
100% agree. And she was so open and honest to everything going on! Which is sucha nice change from the other episodes and owners ❤.

Sarah being told off for working too hard (for whatever reason) in a restaurant full of lazy people is mad, I understand her contempt towards the owners. I'm glad she left, I hope she's doing well somewhere else.
but wasn’t she there at the end of the episode still working?
@@Snail_Slowly_Movesthe editing in this show is gawd awful.
@@Snail_Slowly_Moves she was there at the end but the closing dialogue said that she had left them shortly after due to not wanting to follow their rules
Working too hard? If there are tables available all waiters want them because they depend on tips. Her "working too hard" caused a problem among the staff who also wanted to work for tips. Them not having tables probably ultimately left them looking lazy while Sarah was making money.
I think Sarah was used to having her way in that employee run establishment. If she expects to find another deal like that, she's delusional.
@@wes6244 Lisa said Sara is fast and efficient, then said she takes all the tables. It sounds like the other workers are not taking initiative. Look at the staff, it's clear they weren't looking forward to working. Would you rather a worker that's fast and efficient, or one that's slow and lazy? If anyone should be getting called out, it's Doug. Dropping food and then proceeding to cook it, is appalling. Not to mention how even after being called out for it, he saw nothing wrong with it. That's a safety hazard, he should've been instantly fired.

He did that on purpose. I am not sure what his motives were, but that had to be on purpose. Maybe he was getting back at his ex? Maybe that was his way of saying F U to Gordon. Maybe both because I detected a silent FU in most of his interactions with Gordon. Who knows.
He definitely did that on purpose. I feel like the staff was doing some of the things to get some heat on the owners as some sort of revenge.
I love this double episode so much. Every single person in this is essentially a sitcom character and I'm 100% here for that.
It is totally scripted to you may be right.
So true. It's my absolute favorite one.
@@heenanyou Not scripted at all.
@@shadowdiamond1101 It absolutely is. Every episode follows the same format, do you think that's by chance considering the UK version showed no such repetition of narrative? Basically what they do is subtly trick the guests into behaving a certain way. If an interviewer asks ''do you think Gordon will like your food?'' and the participant responds ''it's possible, I don't think it's great but it should be fine,'' well, that doesn't really fit with the deluded chef/owner narrative, hence why you never see it. So what they do is they make the participant reiterate the sentence a number of times with a bit of guidance such as ''okay great but now say it with a bit of passion and confidence,'' and the participant naturally responds with more conviction, such as 'I think there's a great chance Gordon will love our food!' The objective is simple: If you get enough takes of the same statement, eventually you can cut it up into whatever narrative you like. It's a common form of 'scripting' in reality television; which essentially just means the dialogue & story are artificial -- which it is, because it didn't occur naturally.
@@matthewvaughan8192 UK versions of most TV is better imo.
They need their own sitcom, or reality show cuz they’re sometimes frustrating but also hilarious 😂

Talk about having your sister’s back! 😅
Ironically, Sara, with that devilishly stunning smile, was the most sane person, she cared the most for the bussiness, she was clearly more than happy to go against the will of the owners and expose the problems in the restaurant, she was happy when Lisa stepped in and did her job as an owner and she not only didn't allow others to throw her in the same sack as rest of the staff not letting others undervalue her work, but she didn't let them trample her with that BS tips system, it is the job of the goverment to take care of people like Pat, not the job of hardworking and poorly paid people like her. i just wanna say, Sarah is not in the wrong here, she purposefully got Gorden to have the worse meal, being the seafood ravioli, so that he knows the worst. and while that was happening, all rita dn lisa had to say about her was how awful she was even called her a "skank". when lisa and rita confronted her about things, saying she greedy and stuff for taking "all" the tables, the ones she was assigned? and the ones Pat gave her? she took? also can we ever trust pat doing his job or even telling the truth that he only got 10% of her tips when we said he was a manager which wasnt even true and was fired? seems like hes forcing away from his problems to say bad stuff about her. It’s definitely my favourite part of the episode, but because it’s FRICKEN HILARIOUS! Not the same reason as you
@@sagan36 is that a dragon ball reference?
Sara is the best employee they could have wished for because she was straight and honest about everything towards Gordon. Truly a waitress to stan.
Blech she’s awful. What a unscrupulous btch.
Yet she was caught stealing the tip money. So "sTan" right? lmfao
@@AlexK-oe9er she wasnt stealing it tho, she was just wroking to many tables and didint want to give the bus boy 20% of her tips which i find pretty understandable
@@nekko5778 Oh nah she did stole. She stole my mothers mortgage
@@AlexK-oe9er and now you can finally tell the world here!
I think this is my favorite episode. There is so much gold in this episode. Rita's personality, both owners' vices, the staff (ohhhhh the staff 😂 ), and just the whole atmosphere. Love it.
Sarah smiling like a villain had me laughing my ass off
To this day I cannot understand, why Sara, who's clearly most efficient and honest server, has to share her tips with the local village idiot, who's only purpose there seems to be, that he's somewhat entertaining to one of the owners.
same, it doesn't make any sense
I was thinking the same. Maybe I'm missing something because I don't fully understand how it works, but it seems like she got a bit of a villain edit at the end. They called out the servers for doing nothing, but then get mad at her for waiting a lot of tables? It should be the owner's responsibility to make sure Pat gets paid and that the tables are waited evenly, not Sara's. It's reality TV though, so I guess we can never tell for sure.
I kept waiting for her to get hired back
Could be that they edited pat in a way to make him seem more weird then he actually is. I mean he can still do good work with beein entertaining. I could be wrong tho. But also i think chef Ramsey would have told them if pat would hav been literally doing nothing and if Sarah was in the right. Tho i think it was not totally fair to her. (I dont live in America so i dont know much about the payment System so sorry if im very wrong)
Sara has to share her tips because she doesn't bus her own tables. Pat hosts ie. seats customers, clears and resets tables. it's normal for tips to be cut between all of the people that serve the customers.
I love Sarah😂
The evil, smug smile while telling the owners that she recommended Gordon the seafood ravioli is great.
😍
Weird
@@tiya319 why weird?
The owners want help from gordon but they also try to hide their problems from him.
How is he supposed to help them if he doesn't know whats wrong?
She recommended him the seafood ravioli out of spite because the owners are full of shit.😎👍
She is hot!
This has to be my favorite episode of Kitchen Nightmares. Rita’s amazing. I want to give her a hug.
"Don't sweep on my sister, Cynderella"🤣
We didn’t see much of him but Ramsey really picked a great person to help the cooks in the kitchen. Not only was he obviously knowledgeable and experienced but he had a really good energy and was encouraging a lot of positive communication in the kitchen which really has a big affect. It seemed like he wanted to make sure everyone in the kitchen felt appreciated and encouraged.
everytime gordon give them a staff member they are always one great employee the guys know who to hire
Rita is just too funny. She needs her own show. God bless that women. I think a career in stand up comedy is better for her
"every italian resturant freezes their food" and "everyone freezes the ravioli" got me soo harddddd 😂
Dear Penthouse Forum?
They did sarah dirty she’s the only competent employee she doesn’t have to give a % of her hard word while the others sit around
