These are great beginner exercises, even if you’re not a beginner perfect for slipping in some easy stretching while watching tv or before bed.

Good way to start stretching then eventually you can do the harder ones :)
Shoulder pain relief
Would be better if you dd both sides on all these stretches so we could do them with you. Frustrating to have to pause to do the other side.But i like it.
