    One of the great insights given in this meditation is the realization that stress is unavoidable and resilience begins with accepting the challenge
    of feeling stressed and remaining clear-headed enough to find ways, to find your ways, to deal with the stress, and learn your way to personal

    Correction: Resilience begins by becoming aware of your breath! Relax! Create some space in your mind! Then identify in your mind what is stressing you! Be strong and flexible! Let go of your anxious feelings for another day while you learn how you can face this challenge for another day! Thanks again DTM. ADB,MD
