Thank you. I so appreciate the long pauses, the absence of music, and just pure meditation, as you say without the woo-woo. It’s this basic style, pure and minimalist, that helps me the most and brings me further in my own ability to focus and concentrate and appreciate. I really appreciate all you’ve done with this channel.
Of all the guided meditations I’ve tried yours is the best. I find music or nature sounds distracting. Thank you for what you do.
Thank you for this great meditation. It's difficult to remember not to get caught up in your thoughts - I suppose it's just part of being human. This is a useful reminder that we can step back from them.
I appreciate all your meditations they are very helpful.
That changed my day, thank you so much! 🙏🏻
This meditation this early evening relieved the tension I felt, mostly in my facial muscles, by proceeding through the meditation by being attentive to my breathing and identifying the stressor, the worrisome thoughts, and a specific uncertainty, all of which allowed me to become more relaxed and then released the tension in my face. I am only sorry that I forgot to smile! ADB,MD
Namaste 🙏🏽 ❤😊
Thank you, that was much needed
❤
What came to mind in this meditation is the Smile. The smile should be used as frequently as possible. The smile can be modulated as one wishes to do. The length and breadth and intensity of the smile can be released as you please or not at all! It can vary whether you are facing a man or a women. It is a simple tool to use which gives pleasure, to you or the person you direct it to. It is not phony or artificial when you become aware of the effect it does for you and the other person. And don't forget to floss! ADB,MD
When it comes to meditation and observing I often "get out of myself", give myself a hug and say "thank you for taking such a good care of me".❤ Have you ever tried that?
I kept getting caught up in thoughts
❤️❤️❤️
