    This is only the second time I'm practicing this meditation and I find a need at this time to comment differently than I did the first time. Not only do I want to be kind to myself, but I want to be kind to anyone practicing this meditation and anyone who might read my comments. As the man says, failure(s) do not define who we are....we have within us to forgive ourselves and realize that failure is just a regret we have, it does not stop us to continue achieving and growing ourselves into having a greater regard for ourselves.

    Thank you. I was having major anxiety about not being where I’m supposed to be at my stage in life and all of my failures/ insecurities… this helped a lot 🙏🧘‍♀️
