I was down 6 weeks with covid during my 6th month which made me loose all my muscles and strength which I now feel I have regained bit by bit by doing these videos. I’m not scared, I’m excited and very ready!

Thank you so much, Jessica, for this video and everything that you share! It really helped me to think about the process of labour with more objectivity instead of falling into the fears of the unknown. What I appreciate the most in your videos is your calmness, which really makes the whole process feel much more natural to deal with (in opposition to the stress, anxiety, and overflow of emotions that normally we find around). All of my best wishes to you!

I want to thank you so much Jessica 🙂 You've been a huge part of this pregnancy without really knowing it. I started your videos around 6 weeks of pregnancy, and I'm still here at 39 and 2 days 🙂 I never thought I'd be strong enough to keep on going with the yoga and workouts for so long, so I'm really surprised and proud of myself. I also wanted to tell you that my obgyn is probably gonna share your channel with his other patients, we talked about you at my last appointment. He complimented me on the fact that i kept being active and healthy and he said that I looked really positive, confident and calm regarding my upcoming labor, so I talked about your channel and how it helped me. He asked for a link, complimented your work and is gonna share it with patients that don't always know where to start to keep moving during their pregnancy. You're probably gonna get a lot more of Belgian moms subscribing to your channel, I hope you don't mind 🙂

Jessica - wanted to thank you so much for your videos! I followed along nearly my whole pregnancy, especially with this video. I felt prepared for a tough but manageable vaginal delivery. Unfortunately, after pushing for 4 hours, it was clear my little guy couldn't make it out, and so they moved us into an emergency c-section. I sincerely credit your yoga videos for helping prepare my body and keep me in shape - I don't think I could have pushed for so long, or recovered so well from the c-section, without them. The staff were amazed at how quickly I was back moving around! Enormous thank you -- I'm following along with your postpartum vids now, but this one was especially helpful for me so wanted to leave a note :-).

@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV is it mandatory to do the entire 35 min workout at once? Just started yesterday as I bounced on your video. Or you can break it up according to your body (listening to your body) some now some later but get it all in within the day

Loved this! I felt quite a bit of pressure in my lower belly during the lunge on the mat (I'm blanking right now if it's actually a lunge lol), but I've been having a lot of round ligament pain lately so I'm assuming that's what I feel?
Also, please continue with the full body workouts but also a video focused on glutes during pregnancy would be great, too! :)
    Thanks for these videos!
