    B. 1 arm oh strict press ; 5 sets x 5/ arm
    C. 1 arm romanian deadlift ; 5 sets x 5 / arm
    D. Goblet squat : 5 x 10

    Brillant workout bro! Short, sharp, and to the point workout, burns and hits all the right muscle groups!! Forgot all these 20 mins HIT Kettlebell workouts everyone tried them and didn't work.. Did your previous Kettlebell workout over 6 weeks and saw/felt amazing results.. Muscles more defined and got more toned!     I admit it...I was kinda timid about this workout. But I had to try it even though I knew it was going to be tough. Got through it in 18 min 30 sec with 1.5 minutes between rounds. I was happy that I didn’t use the 3 minutes allowed between rounds but that last set of swings on the 5th round was damn hard. Sure beats the 40 minute treadmill routine. Thanks for downloading this workout!

    beast workout......took my time through it.. 32:30 time with 45lb bell... gonna hit it once a day in the mornings until I can get it @20min.... great fat burning all around workout.... thanks

      Do it again and I KNOW you'll crush it. The name of the game for conditioning is continuing to push the envelope so you can force your body to adapt to more and more of the demands that you place upon it.

    Great KB routine - but gotta watch the form. Clean had no hip hinge, which is essential in kettlebelling. Swing had a little hinge, but not enough. Arm press needs to go to full extension (lockout) at the top with the bell sitting behind the arm (palm facing forward).

      Great workout.., the strict press is my limiting factor so for now only the 16 kg kettlebell. I did your czcams.com/video/4tgj-T2a0bI/video.html workout as a finisher for 3 rounds from 20 to 8 kg.
      If this Corona madness is gonna take a long time I’m buying some kettlebells. Gyms are closed, I can only use weights when I’m on duty at the firehouse, off duty at home only some running, push-ups and sit ups. I really like your workouts with just one or 2 kettlebells 💪🏻👍

    I'm old. My son introduced me to kb's some time ago.
    This workout is right up my alley because it is intense and economical time wise.
    For what it is worth department,regarding the goblet squats,I like to turn the kb upside down and add an overhead press while standing. It adds a little shoulder involvement.

    I really like this workout combination Mr. Chandler - great video! I hit midnight for so long that it seemed as though time itself stood still! One polite critique is that your goblet squat form could be improved slightly . The KB should *never* make contact with your torso under any circumstances. I do apologize up front if the angle deceived me and it did not, in fact, do that.

    Just did this with 16kg - 1min to 1min 30 rest in between. I’m battered. A couple more of this weight and I’ll move to my 22kg (nothing in between)

    Hell yes kettle bells rule in 1 month went from 30 to working out with 40 did all 5 sets this morning and 40 sit ups

    Why not replace the RDLs with single leg, contralateral RDLs? Wouldn't that work more on weaknesses and increase neurological recruitment and balance?

    Going to try this at the weekend. Dabbled with kettle bells with just a couple of exercises but excited to try this. Especially as the kettlebell area at my gym is always empty so even better. Ive got an 8 week goal to tone up, lose some weight and shrink the "Dad Bod" so hope this helps towarss that. Great video.

      You can do one round of this at the tail end of any workout you do as a finisher, or you can do a few rounds as a stand alone workout. The most important thing to do is change it up a little bit every time you do it though. That way you're pushing your body into making another adaptation.

    Chandler, how often would you perform kettlebell routines like this and others that you have uploaded? I don’t have a gym membership so its just me and the kettlebell. Are these like greasing the grove where you can do these without overtraining? Most kettlebell routines incorporate many of the same muscles.

    Love it. Just on question: do you do 5sets of one exercise and then move on to the next exercise, or is it a circuit ?

      It's a circuit you do 5 times. Try to limit the rest in between the 5 rounds to no more than 3 minutes. Makes it a KILLER workout!

    Awesome routine. Doing this routine but added the KB snatch (5 sets 5 reps each arm) between the 1 arm RDL and the goblet squat.

      What matters is that it's heavy enough to make you struggle to complete it while still maintaining quality form. If it's not tough, then you're really not doing shit! So yes...the weight DOES matter.

      Just means that there are 50 total reps in each round. If you wanna give it a go, do a few rounds of exactly how I did it in the video (minimal rest in between each exercise)...
