Hojlund, Thuram (free), Muani are the three immediate names I can think of. Kane is effectively a dead move.
spot on...feel like Dave's wasted a bit of time on the Kane section, given we've already moved on from him! It would have made more sense to swap one or both of Kane and Osimhen for Ramos
Yeah love it 3 strikers seems overkill but it spreads the load and they can all play different positions. Would revitalise the United attack
Poor choice except hojlund
@@p_v3sh_anime460who would you choose?
I think the most realistic one is getting Hojlund and Thuram or Taremi
Osimhen and Kane are not gonna happen. 💯
V true
Marvelous how everyone keeps ignoring Vlahovic 😂
Of the 3 strikers is Muani who is the most obtainable. I still believe that Man United need two strikers this summer.
Muani is more of a ready forward.. he's danger and can develop fast.. Holblund would need a bit more polishing
Mauni is more like Antony Martial
@@saifudalhat2011 Muani is Martial complete form
No mention of Osemeihn elite heading ability. That's the most noticeable part of his game for me
Randal gives me Isak vibes
Dave, any chance you could do your fantasy transfer window with an unlimited budget to create the ultimate united squad?
ANy chance of a Vidoe around the united youngstrs and any roles they could play? For example reading many good things about Mainoo and his potenial role as he developshe looked great in his cameos. But is he destined for a loan with the hope of growth.
Kane really? You are only the 900,000th person to suggest that. The reports are that United won't get into a bidding war, because Spurs are showing no sign they will listen to offers... so what insights do you think you are sharing with us?
Osimhen? Wow another insight. You just picked the best strikers in Europe. Again Utd has suggested they don't have the budget to spend it all on him. Napoli are not going to let him go cheaply.
And your final choice is someone who will want to go into the same areas as Rashford.
Good job Dave, really insightful
De Lorentis will only sell >120m for Osimhen. His pace and sheer finishing/reaction speed is very good for unsettling defences. Muane might be a more affordable option?
I'm surprised Vlahovic isn't spoken of (any)more.
Vlahovic hasn't set the world on fire. He's alright. Probably a top 8 striker
Apart from you
@@arrow2380 And what is United
Because he’s not even good in a juventus team that walks the league 9 times out of 10. Manchester United need the best striker in the league not a hit that chips in every 1 in 4 games
@@zeeone4492 look at the league table you donut
Would you take Rodrigo from Leeds for £3m buyout clause as a 2nd/backup/rotational striker?
when was this video made? cause we have pulled out of Kane and Osimhen
Dave, rather than "premium" can you do a video on budget/value for money signings because it looks like we're stuck at the bargain basement all over again!
Gonçalo Ramos should definitely be one of the names
Too costly... will cost north of 80m but if u have to spend that much then y not Kane or oshimen atleast more proven than Ramos..
@@djdhruv666 The pro is that hes 21/22 and could develop into a top player. 80m for Ramos is a lot but i dont think hes bad for our current striker needs either.
@@ImOnlyChasingSafety959 see it's a gamble for now...we don't know how well they will or can adopt to epl and if they can't then it's a big failure...we are probably going to sell martial, then we can't afford to spend our Ltd budget on a St who is bringing ifs and buts...i would prefer UTD buy someone for 40-45m and keep martial as sub option... next season go big if the one u bought is AVG or below AVG or else buy another such St for backup and sell martial...too many positions to fix can't be done all at once so have to be strategic... don't want to invest 80-100m without epl experience cause if it fails it will be huge loss... moreover i feel oshimen won't be sold this summer and next summer Ivan Toney will also be a great epl proven option...rasmus hollund for 40-50m now and next season Toney/Ramos/oshimen/Evan Ferguson can be targeted as per needs...
Bro make realistic striker options for United. Their budget is 120 million, unless they sell. Osimhen is 130 million plus.
Luke Shaw would love Harry Kane because of the amount of assists he would give him
Muani looks too similar to Rashford (and they've got Garnacho). Kane and Osimhen are different types, but each could work extremely well. Doubt they'll get either, though.
Does dave not realise that Man Utd have pulled away from the Kane deal???
Pulling away is also a part of negotiating a deal sometimes
@@DanielS10291 you’re right that it can be but it’s dead this one. Levy doesn’t want united to have Kane. We didn’t want another de jong which happens every season. Also tells other teams that now we will just walk away instead of being pushed around each window.
I'm not so sure about signing Serie A players, many if not most of them failed in EPL.
The only reservation I have with victor is , United don’t create much chances but if united can create more oshimen is better
Make a video on Axel Disasi, pls!!
HARRY KANE & RAMUS HOJLUND
Then you woke up
Kane is worth having on a free next season. We’ll see how ambitious he is if he will hold out or sign a new contract. No point getting into negotiations with Levy when he has a year left on his contract. It’s a losing game.
Man United is out of the race for Victor Osimhen because Napoli's asking price is too much (150)
And Harry kane is no longer a priority because Daniel Levy is too hard to negotiate with. Man United will still try to sign him but he isn't a priority anymore.
I would love you to go check out striker better than haaland apparently his scoring records are way better ie Albert braut tjaland
Dembele from lyon⚽️🔥🔥🔥
Taremi & Hojlund would be perfect for United & gradually ease Greenwood back in aswell
Nah, mason greenwood should be dead to us
Yeah I can't wait to hear the greenwood chants.....
Absolutely not. Greenwood nowhere near the club
@@dangoodwin5295 Unfortunately us fans haven't got a say. If Ten Hag wants him back he'll be back man
It use to be a striker #1 priority now that maybe turn to the goalkeeper as the #1..🤦🏽♂️
none of these...sign Hojlund n see if we can get Thuram
gotta feel bad for kane, if he got his move to city a few years ago he would have won a treble
Why are you mentioning players that we have no chance of getting?
What about Lautaro Martinez?
Kane deal is off, I understand. Hojlund still on. Osimhen is silly money and I think Chelsea are throwing lots at him
I'm also concerned by Osimhen's injury record
There was no Kane deal
@@fatbelly27Hojlund is a name United fans trot out without having done much research. He looks like Haaland but shoots like Weghorst. I am exaggerating somewhat but the guy isn't a good finisher. He is a project rather than a guy that will score goals next season. His club also has doubled the asking price because they see us as fools. If we are relying on Hojlund next season we will be screwed because he isn't very good. He might be good in 3 seasons but what will we do next season? Santiago Gimernez is a young striker that is a good finisher today and his release clause is £18m. Santiago Gimernez will actually put away the chances unlike Hojlund and he is only 22. Marcus Thuram is a good striker playing in Germany and is available for free. The appeal of Hojlund was he was a great prospect at a cheap price but his club are simply not being serious with their asking price.
Napoli haven't won the scudetto for 33 years, a bit longer than 20 😂
I clicked this video thinking I'm gonna hear something realistic or something I haven't heard before but got a bit disappointed, we definitely not gonna buy Kane and Osimhen we don't have the money and Levy will dig his heels, maybe Muani but a striker everyone is ignoring but won't cost a penny to sign is Marcus Thuram and he has the physich, the technical ability and prowess to score goals under Ten Hag. The challenge we have with the United board and a large section of the fanbase is we think we can buy success and if something is hyped by the media and is expensive then he is the one well the past 10nyears have shown us that for Manchester United that's absolutely the opposite
Icardi, Dembele from Lyon
United can't afford kane this sommer due to ffp and also signing kane or mbappe means we aren't strengthening other areas
Why are we talking about Harry Kane? Manchester United have moved on, they won't sign him.
Kane is proven in the league but heck, he is price out and his age is not a long term. I am not impress with Victor. So I will prefer Kolo Muani, he is young and exciting to watch, not selfish, fast, takes on defenders. Kolo, kolo, kolo Muani
Do you stutter
hey Dave I understand you're a fan of Harry Kane and want him badly in Man Utd but we're not getting him, Man Utd have withdrawn their interest in signing him. They are looking at other options now, Hojlund, Kolo Muani and Osimhen
Kane should have been at an elite club long ago. His stats are in effect only behind Messi.
Such a waste of talent but if he didn't put a buyout clause in his contract he cant expect levy to do him a favour.
Greenwood is back
🔴 ANTOINE GRIEZMANN 🔴
Man U need two strikers who aren't the same as skilled or ability. We are still too predictable. We aren't much threat in our forward line press. The thing with the club they are so bad with negotiations that they can't even negotiate a kid using ice cream to get a deal for sitting down quiet for 5 minutes. Set of clowns in management that are even bad at being a clown. 😤🙄🙄🙄
Rasmus Hojlund
Another transfer window the same old United. Our biggest rivals are making transfers and taking the bread and butter of football and we are monitoring, looking at,interested, checking washed out players like the the Porto striker, making bids and been rejected........Og God
Hojlund overated. Will be a risky signing. Muani the perfect deal.
I agree unless he is signed for cheap and is the second or third striker. He might look like Haaland but research shows his finishing is very poor. He has the speed and dribbling but is missing the clinical finishing. Muani is pretty good around player but won't be cheap. If we are on a budget I would look at Santiago Gimernez, Mateo Retegui and Marcus Thuram. Would only cost £18m, £20m and free and all of them would score goals next season.
the correct answer is mbappe.
Vlahovic
Should've done center back options instead... with bayern lurking for kim, Gvadiol to city... which center back with injury resistant available for united?
we know its either kim min jae or nothing.we have a low budget and three quality cbs,why would we waste money
Stop the noise let mason come back and do what he does best and that is score goals end of story stop tryna make jokes on it and shit, I don’t care if he sniffs glue and eats glass in he’s own time once he does the business on the pitch I’m about it
Too bad they couldn’t snatch Benzema
This season: Muani and Thuram on a free.
Next season: Kane on a free and use him as a No.9 or a No.10 and use Muani across the front three. The more fluid options we have the better.
3rd season: Evan Ferguson. Muani and Ferguson could potentially carry us for years too come then.
I'll never understand how United could be linked with a 30 yr old striker who won't come cheap. Reports say that Levy would ask for £100m. £100m for a player at the end of his career? That's crazy. Yes, he's scoring now but if United were to sign him, they'd be signing him for 3-4 years. Can Kane guarantee 30+ goals per season for 4 years? I'd have to say no.
yes.why would he not.he does not use speed hence age will make him better not worse like lewa coz both dont use speed
@@shawn-ln4cr, no. That's not how this works. Kane is not a speed merchant, that is true, but he is quick enough to be prolific as he is a more of an all-rounder than Osimhen, say, in that he combines average pace with intelligence and strength. In a year, he will be 31, that little bit slower, that little bit weaker. In 2 years time, he'll be 32, again, a little slower, a little weaker, more prone to injury etc. For £100m, United should expect a player in their prime and available for the majority if not all of a season. United would not get that kind of surety with Kane. There is a good reason why no other club is showing serious interest in spending £100m for Harry Kane. Real Madrid remain quiet and seem to be waiting, maybe for the player to act.
Yes he can. What are basing out of these ? Feeling is not enough. I think he has the quality to fit in any team of the world and any type of play. Let’s not forget city wanted to sign him last year for roughly the same amount but levy being levy. ( levy is such a bitch , would bid combined 50 mil for Barnes and Maddison and won’t accept 100 for Kane). Let’s first look from the perspective of United, United need players who can come in the team and make an instant impact. Of all the available options in strikers Kane is the best option and will be set For next 2-3 years. The argument can be made that we should be looking at younger options for long term but there will be no long term if in short term we are not ready to push for top 4. ST and GK are two absolute must buys for United and that too players that can make instant impact. Kane has consistently scored or assisted for over 30 goals for last 7-8 years. He will fit perfectly for counter attacks or when we are in control of the ball we need someone In the box who can finish those difficult chances with their first touch. Where he may lack to contribute is pressing but I think ETH Will know or create a game plan to tackle that (he has done that the whole season). People underestimating Kane is beyond me or they are just traumatized how bad our top signings have been. But United has been bad in most of their signings regardless of them being cheap or expensive. Kane also is a captain material .
@@nishantsinha8359, you're not thinking this through. You think that right now he'd do well for United. Maybe he would, yes. But, as good as Kane is, he's not superhuman, he's subject to the same aging process we're all doomed to endure. So he'll likely get slower, weaker and less able to play 40+ games a season. At £80m, Ten Hag needs a striker he can build his forward line around for not just the season coming but for the next 3-4 seasons. It doesn't matter what he's been doing for the last 7-8 seasons, all that is in the past. He's elite level now but there is no guarantee that he will be at that level in 3-4 years and there'll be no sell-on value for him and not much room for him to improve.
@@tolkienfan10 I think I did think this through as I covered all the points you have mentioned. When there is a rebuild of a squad you cannot have all long term solutions. You gotta mix it up. You need bring some experience, some top class quality, some young players, some physical players etc. players like Caicedo/Mount and Diogo costa will be long term/young/talent-with-high-ceiling players. Just like signing of Casemiro last season, Kane should be that one signing (I am hoping you and I are on the same page that Casemiro was one the key signing that changed our season outcome). Kane will give you 2-3 years good years of striker (if you doubt this then you should be doubting all the signings that will come ) . Bringing players like kane will give us a stronger chance of finishing in top 4 and some trophies. Brining any other striker is more riskier than Kane. With top 4 and new owners and more funding we can strengthen further by signing an understudy for Kane.
MBAPPE!!!
Apparently, word out of Qatar, is the Sheik that is bidding for Utd, has said in Qatar, that they never enter a race they are not going to win. I.E. the deal for Utd is basically done.
The by-product of this, is the owners of PSG apparently sits under the Sheik bidding on Utd, which is going to result in MBappe going to Utd.
PSG won't wait out his contract, and won't sell him to Real Madrid. Utds new owners will want the biggest way to announce their arrival, and there isn't much bigger than MBappe.
Again, this is the apparent word out of Qatar, but has viable reasoning behind it all happening.
I agree with the argument however I don't understand how the money would work. Mbappe is so expensive unless he takes a pay cut.
@Al mac money is nothing to the Qataries involved.
The transfer fee wil be reduced due to last year of contract, and owners relationship. The weekly wage will be absorbed by a long term contract, like what Chelsea have done with 8yr deals.
@@patogames5099 Mbappe is worth £150m to £200m in any arms length transaction. He is worth every penny of that. That would only get reduced if we have a special relationship with PSG. His current wages are £1m per week. He would have to accept £500k for that to be affordable. Qatar would need to find some sponsorship to make up the difference. We will need some creative accounting to afford Mbappe. I would love him at the club but it won't be easy to get him.
I lost interest when you name Harry Kane. it is going to be the most boring transfer saga this time around.
Pointless video as they aren’t in for Kane or Osimhen
