Yes good stuff! I tripped here from Kappys Channel thru History Rambler Marks Channel LOL Tracy is there any thing left of the Gas works over there where parts of the Movie Full Metal Jacket was Filmed? I think the place started with a B???? gas works.

Tracy is there anything left of the Old Gas works there that was used in the Filming of scenes from the Movie Full Metal Jacket? The movie was filmed in 1987 I think and they used this place over there because it was abandoned and possibly set for demo. Just curious to see if it was all demoed or if anything remains. All I remember was that it started with a B????? Gas works.
Russ Bay wow I didn't know that, if you go onto Phil G channel he knows all about the place he told me about this care home he did mention other buildings around it.
Sorry I didn't mean that exact place when I was referring to "there". The Place I am talking about is somewhere in England LOL Sorry just was wondering if you knew about or heard of it in your travels.
I looked up the filming locations and the place is the Beckton Gas Works. Found some stuff on CZcams but can't tell if any of the Place still exists. In the Movie the scenes are towards the end when they portray fighting in the city of Hue Vietnam.
alot of rubbish on the ground might have been vandalists that threw it al over the place great part 2 Tracy and when you climbed out the window youre shoulder almost hit the glass pls becareful :)
No graffiti though :) if you ever come to England and we go exploring you'd be a nervous wreck round me, I'm always getting injured throwing myself through windows, falling through falls haha 😂
