Just remember that you have the potential to own this moment and dont give up!

      I’ve never knew this was anxiety. I struggle so much with it but I never paid attention to it . I worry so much about the future and think about everything that can go wrong . It hurts so much and sometimes I just loose control.

    Like everything, anxiety has causes & conditions. When you get rid of those causes, anxiety will never resurface. Treating the symptoms will only give you temporary relief - maybe try meditating, it helped tons of people overcome anxiety, panic attacks and the like!

    Ik probably no one will see this but i just wanna let it out for the sake of myself. I am very positive and confident person. I always advice and help people when they are feeling depressed, stressed and lonely. But lately i am feeling as if something is taken away from me. As if I'm falling piece by piece. I am strong minded person, been through a lot but this feeling God it is undescribable. I am numb, in pain, sad..... i just want it to go away. The main problem is i have one of greatest exam of my life so soon, i kept going but when the time become close, this happened.

      I understand how you feel and I would like to encourage you that you will pass your exam. The book of Philippians 6:4 be anxious of nothing but in everything, prayer and supplication. In Jesus name I cover your Central Nervous system in the blood of Christ. Lord stand guard at the gate of Betty mind. Father in the name of Jesus take control and lift the burdens, worry and restore Betty back to divine order. I decree and declare that the peace of God will rest upon you. According to Palms 4 “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety.”
      ‭‭The joy of the Lord is your strength, I pray for inner joy and peace. Things will get better ❤️

    Nice video. Reduce overthinking. Be careful what you feed your mind. Avoid comparing yourself with others, any bottled up emotions need to be shared with someone, reduce watching negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress-anxiety. For a relaxed mind observe the sensations of your natural incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 10-15 minutes or more. You can sit anywhere or lay down--eyes closed--No deep breathing. Don’t fight your thoughts. Make it a lifetime habit to observe your breath day and night before sleep, at work, when travelling, when reading etc with eyes open or closed. Best wishes--Counsellor.

    I’m 13, and I’ve been like this for a month. I have been sad over things I cannot control. I’ll be in a happy mood and then I’ll think of it and I’ll get sad again. I’m scared of dying. Well like I know we cannot control death but I wish I knew when it would happen. I’m also wondered about my afterlife. I don’t wanna go to hell. (I know not everyone is a Christian) I’m just scared and need help :(

    Yes! Inspiring video. I do have anxiety/some depression, bouts of sadness due to life in general, wants desires and past experiences. Even though I'm in a "job" I can't stand and not where I should be career/work/happiness wise... I do appreciate that I do get a paycheck (way below I should be earning) have nice home, food, clean water, nice bed, vehicle to drive and look/feel and am very healthy.. thank God! Also, actually planning & working to get back to my entrepreneurial aspirations I once delve into but never really stuck with years ago. :))

    I am grateful to all the wonderful people who inspire me to work harder. From knowing nothing to becoming a constant knowledge seeking person my life at college has changed a lot. After a days good productive work when i return to my room my life returns to hell as i get no rest. My roommates disturb me with all sorts of stuff and drain my energy. I am unable to change my room. Any good advice would be appreciated...

    My anxiety presents itself in the form of nausea and disrupts my life when it comes to anything that puts me on the spot. Exams, dates, where if I throw up everyone will look at me. Everyone will view me as disgusting or that I have the flu. No matter how hard I study. It just comes on. I have an exam this morning that I feel I'll do really good on. But it doesn't matter, because I still feel like I'm going to get sick regardless, it's the feeling that I can't escape

    Yes I developed stutter after my assault since I was a kid u grew up like that people would make fun of me and I’m working as a receptionist I take tons of calls but there’s a moment I get anxiety and also when I have to talk to someone 😢it’s hard

    Hi, I have been experiencing this anxiety, when I have anxiety attack, I will start panicking, worrying about what future will bring to me, like am first son of my family, my family is not financial stable and I want to change the story but this anxiety of a thing keep attacking me in my working place, when it start I will feel stomach discomfort, fear will take all over me, I will feel like am not achieving my goals 🥺🥺, it will make me weak. Please guys help😭😭

    Starting to wonder if any of these speakers have experienced real anxiety. Being scared to give a speech is scary sure, but have you ever been sitting still enjoying life and suddenly felt like you couldn’t breath, swallow and your heart was about to explode??? Don’t tell me “just breathe, take your time, stop worrying, it’ll all work out “ blah blah blah. Big difference between fears and nerves and actual anxiety!

Avoid comparing yourself with others, any bottled up emotions need to be shared with someone, reduce watching negative social media and avoid constipation as it affects the mind. Your breathing is closely related to the brain [mind] and gives relief from stress-anxiety. For a relaxed mind observe the sensations of your natural incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for 10-15 minutes or more. You can sit anywhere or lay down--eyes closed--No deep breathing. Don’t fight your thoughts. Never meditate witrh expectations. Make it a lifetime habit to observe your breath day and night before sleep, at work, when travelling, when reading etc with eyes open or closed. Doing public speaking courses also gives relief.     I feel sensation in my whole body ,,i want to overcome my fear ,,but i feel different fear ,,even if i drive scooty i feel scared because of traffic ,, ,,i feel social anxiety unnecessary , i am unnecessary anxious ,,i feel different sensation ,,my head is painful everyday ,,i am on Medicine from four yah five years ,,i am at young age,, children ,,i am not adult ,i cannot control my anger,,why ,,my deppression is erritating me , even i walk sometimes differently or i feel sensation while walking in garden ,,i breathe heavier many times outside ,,not in home ,,,
