another way is, starting the timer and doing one task for the entirety of the timer, then, at the end of the timer, ask yourself if you like to keep going for another 6 or 10 or something minutes (increase timer each time) or start a new task for 5 minutes, most of the time, you will pick to stay doing the one you’re doing, but if not, you start on something new! (keep in mind doing 5 mins homework and then choosing to change to smth like watching YT and then choosing to keep watching YT for a long time isn’t rlly the point of this so try to stick to choosing productive tasks!)

Oh my goodness, my coworkers stress me out, laziness stresses me out, everyday day, day In and day out, we are short handed and I work in a hospital lab, and am a lab assistant, I dont do half ass. I'm 55 and hard to just up root and find another job. I train them as well. But so many end up lazy. So tired of it. I need ro learn to maybe just do my job and have tunnel vision like the lazy ones. But im a helper. I feel like patient care suffers, If I don't help. Well I know it will.😢
