I was a slave to anxiety. I use to make myself sick to my stomach with worry and anxiety I always ended up at the mental ward in the hospital or at my Dr's office weekly because something was wrong. But I prayed and cried read my Bible listened to worship music. Held my thoughts captive and brought them to the Lord each time. He healed me. From anxiety because the devil tried to kill me with using anxiety against me and I overcame It because Jesus loves me so much and rescued freed me. He is my everything the love of my life. I am victorious an overcomer I am my father's daughter. King Jesus. I will put together and share my testimony so others can see God is faithful and will never leave nor forsake us.

Ever since I tried LSD biggest mistake in my life I’m battling with anxiety attacks before that I never had that I had a bad trip cut my leg open during that trip crazy thing is I never touched drugs (weed) until I was 22 I’m 24 now and when I started smoking I also had gotten anxiety attacks but they went away but ever since lsd I’m having them even when I’m sober so I stopped smoking the good thing about the lsd trip I started to believe in god he probably called me cause I’m not and never was the type that did drugs all my friends where shook when they found out that I started smoking weed but when I get these anxiety attacks I start praying but sometimes it doesn’t feel like it’s helping sometimes it even gets worse so idk what I’m doing wrong

I’m a 56 year old male Christian. I’ve been in this country since I took my first breath. I’m really struggling with the direction of this country and how it has rejected God. I wish I could leave. Live somewhere with like minded people in peace. I can only hope He allows me in heaven for that may very well be the only place I will find peace and true love.

@@mikenixon2401 im 51 just spent 4months healing from motorcycle accident. Ive lost everything financially from this. At times I wasnt sure I would wake up next morning. I gave it to God. Im not sure of the outcome, but God has me up and around. Im walking long distance, my left lung is only about 60% but it can get better over time. I know God will restore it. Im just now getting my job back and can work from home. Ive had to borrow money for food. God is giving me not just my physical and soon the paycheck, but also my motivation to get busy living and giving Him the glory. Ive never been this low before. I pray God will use me for His purpose and those who walked away from me before will see God through His work in my life. Thanks for your post. I was outside sweeping and was thinking about this very verse in Philippians 4 earlier. God bless.

Worry and anxiety runs my life and I let it. I worry or get anxious that I lose my appetite, stomach pains or just physical pain in some form. I pray God will take this baggage of mine and replace it with peace and serenity.
Anxiety and worry are my biggest issues. I don't want to wake up in the morning because of it and it consumes my every thought and action all day and every day. I pray that I can finally have a breakthrough with it before it effects my physical health more than it probably already has. In my 30’s I lived with anxiety and panic attacks. If you have never experienced a panic attack it’s like having an out of body experience. Now at 57 I’ve learned to replace any fear or negative thought immediately with a positive thought and then immediately following that I praise the lord and say father if its my time I’m ready and as soon as the negative feeling came it was gone. Today I feel so blessed and thankful that it has absorbed all the negative and replaced it with glory. I’ve trained myself as well as through experience that if it is outside my control I let it go. That even includes my kids, friends, bosses etc….I refuse to worry about things I cannot control. Train your heart and mind to replace all negative thoughts with a positive thought. It can be as simple as frond childhood memories, fishing, vacations etc…then praise the lord and thank him for taking the worry from you. God bless everyone who is struggling today with anxiety and panic attacks because I’ve been there and there is a way out of that vicious cycle. I pray everyone find what works for them to bring peace to your life!

When you get sick and tired of being sick and tired God will move and you won’t even realize you are in motion to get out. Trust me it happened to me. God is real. Footprints in the Sand is the real. Yesterday I was at my breaking point and I gave everything up to God because I could not handle it anymore. I asked God to help me I wanted to die. No one and nothing to turn to. I cried on the ground outside until I couldn’t anymore. Peace came over me that was amazing today and last night. God is good and has a rhythm. He is not your parents or man. He is God. God is good and his plans are good for you. God had beautiful supply for you. God will give you double portion for what the devil takes.
Sometimes we forget we are human; God is God and we have to trust God. But it's hard.
I'm thankfully for this video, I've been going through the most physical and mental issues in my life. Doctors, psychiatrists, meds, meds, so much anxiety its hard to leave my home. Always unsure, nausea, and much more. These videos remind me that things will be ok. Any advice on other readings or videos would be great even though I know praying is the best.

It’s 1:49 AM and I found this message at a time when I need it most. Why do easily forget blessings and only focus on the problems of today and tomorrow? God has been by my side day and night for 52 years. Yes, there has been struggles, that’s called life. But he’s provided for me every day and night for all these years yet I forget that and only focus on the worries of today. The overwhelming amount of my worries never happened! I only worried for nothing. Praise Jesus!

I'm still struggling with health anxiety, praise the Lord that my panic attack has not been often as last month, even though my mind telling me fearful thoughts I pray and pray to the Lord, my aunt told me after you pray, you should trust the Lord with all your soul, heart & mind that He saves you, deliver you out from your struggle and will not harm you, no turning back & if that anxious thought comes in, pray and meditate the word of God/read bible. I have battled with Anxiety for over 30 years. I keep trying to give or hand everything over to God; yet I keep taking it back! I don't like to feel anxious all day long, all night long, every single day. I pray and I feel like there's no hope, and I know Satan is keeping ahold of me. I suffer from health problems as well and I feel like it's contributing to most of my anxiety. I have health Anxiety and severe Anxiety and I keep asking God for help and healing. I'm sorry if I'm rambling on and on and changing from one thing to another but I'm writing what comes to my mind at this given moment.

Thank you for the message. I have been years and years of exactly what the message said. I haven’t lost hope. I keep thinking that it’s going to get better because of what God’s promises. When I am at my low I think about my Lord and Savior. I know he is in control and I have to remember that every time the doubt and anxieties comes into my mind.
