Right. She could’ve left him. I’m sure she wishes every day that she did just leave or throw him out. It sounds like she was doing everything anyways & could’ve lived w/ her sister & helped each other financially. I think the cheating & partying made her finally snap. It’s those long term high school sweetheart couples who turn toxic & neither one is willing to end the bad relationship for their own good.

Eve definitely should have just kicked Tim’s a** to the curb bc he was not worth her losing her entire life for. He was a lying, cheating, thieving, drug using & dealing bum. He didn’t deserve to killed for it. I don’t believe that any of those “qualities” are good reasons to be murdered.

It was more than a generation. Those kids grew up and did the same to their children. Things seem to be getting better now but I’m 40 and honestly
my brother and I basically raised each other. We weren’t physically abused but ignored and definitely felt unloved for sure.
My social development was definitely affected and certainly spills into my relationships. I’m still working on it. Still though
I’ve been hurt PRETTY bad and, though I may be guilty of staying longer than I should have, I always got out if there was cheating or verbal abuse. Thankfully I’ve never been hit by a partner.
Guess I’m just saying that there’s more to making people like this. For someone to stay in a relationship for YEARS with this level of toxicity and allow their child to suffer through this kind of trauma

And yes even though it's I think a constitutional violation to set somebody's bail at an amount that knowingly can't be afforded, usually when murder is involved a specialty premeditated first degree murder there is no bail or Bond available. Now if this was a lower class felony that would be a different scenario and situation. And yes almost always rich people will make bond before poor person will or they'll be given the opportunity for bail and that simply because it'll get paid the legs are have the money to get a bondsman or the court will allow for bail because they know that the person putting up the money will pay it if the accused doesn't show up. Good you murder you pay because she could’ve left her supposed aggressor but she shouldn’t be able to get out she killed him while he was vulnerable no the poor daughter and her family is brainwashed it’s not the victims fault she could’ve left him that’s bullshit the excuses they make up for some folks is ridiculous.

The truth is what she was afraid of is leaving him and he got with someone better. Thats always the case with these types

She did not want to let go of him and he wanted out. That is the sad truth. She doesn't seem to be too bright and she certainly isn't a looker. If I can't have you nobody will. Love is letting go not kill someone.

Then why when she previously left him he went back to her? It was both of them. Cheating doesn't mean you want your relationship to end it just means you have no morals and want to have it all. She was wrong but he was a fool to keep pushing her. What did he think would happen?

@@squirrelmanning7889 EXACTLY.. People think guns make them safer. They do not. And they endanger all of us as well.

Both are selfish parents. Tim cheated on his wife without thinking about his children and Eve killed Tim when she should've thought about her kids having at least their mother after divorcing Tim...

The dude was a rampant cheater mooching off his wife, to whom he was abusive to the point of braking her leg.
Did not decerve to die for this, for sure, but calling him a nice and good guy is a huge stretch. Even with all the attempts to be nice about the victim he seemed like a POS who needed to be kiched out.
