league of legends is competitive but its not competitive in the sense you want it to be, its a really calculative game where you have to be realistic and not be blinded by your confidence and egos and actually acknowledge where you went wrong and where the enemy went right, people genuinely outplay you on that game, in a way that shuts you up
"esports is entertainment".....That's literally why any form of competition exists as a professional opportunity. Sports, gaming, horse racing, poker, hot dog eating contest, whatever.....none of that shit is building people houses, none of that is curing diseases, none of that feeds people (besides hotdog eating)....the only reason that exists is because....it's fuckin fun to watch.
