Brilliant! Thanks for the GOAT framework Matt, it reads so nicely! Quick follow up question: Is it always possible to tie an observation to the problem your product is solving? In the example you provided, increased hiring correlated perfectly with the need to manage more IT devices (the problem that your product presumably solves well at scale).

If it’s not possible, just make sure the email is relevant…personalization is a plus but not a must

5-7 highly personalized emails a day. You make a good point…it will take 6 months+ in a role to book 1 meeting/day

Triplet subject line: Verizon, iPhones, my girlfriend
In the email I tell a story about how my girlfriend lost her corporate issued iPhone on our first date and the issues this posed for her company (as her company doesn't have a solution like mine in place). I tie Verizon in because I know they purchase their devices through Verizon.
