  • G’day
In today’s video we are getting under the bonnet of the P38 Range Rover to get in and pull out the EAS Valve Block and replace those leaking O-rings. Will it solve the EAS Tank drain? I’ve been monitoring this one for a short while, and YES - YOU CAN DO THIS for yourself.

Thanks for this great video. Had the all four bags replaced on mine and now the rear end drops overnight when it was perfect before! I reckon I need to do the same as you, I was going to take it apart and do the full kit but might make sense to start with the smaller job first! Keep up the good work.

Thanks mate, I hope your job isn’t too much trouble. They can be fun to diagnose, but it’s all worth it in the long run.

Haha, Keithy I have to laugh when I look at the tyre wall on the Rangie and the rubberbands on the ute!! Re the bypass I haven't done the gauge as not sure how you have done that. Have the hole for one but don't know how you hooked it up. So looking forward to that bit. Mine is still sinking left rear frustratingly so thinking of swapping valves around to see if its one of those even though I have done a rebuild with your video guidance but hasn't stopped the problem. See how I go. Soap is showing nothing. Keep up the good work

Haha you’re not wrong! Two very different vehicles for sure 😂
The gauge is screwed in just like the Schroder valves for the springs.
Oh yes, it’s a bugger sometimes to find these things. At the least you should be able to narrow down the issue. I hope you find it without too much trouble mate 👍🏻

Hey mate, did you end up getting that air box drain grommet yet? your looking good now

G’day mate! There’s a drain in there, but just not sufficient for big quantities. The big thing too, there’s not a lot of vacant space in the airbox, so at 1/4 full, it’ll snuff-out the engine.

Hey from the UK, question could you show us how you have fitted up the air gauge? I think iv got a leak, mine behaves verry strange when you first get in it. The left side will rise first then after about 10mins the right side will slowly level out. I think its because its trying to charge up the tank at the same time, i some time also get an eas fault, because i think the pump is over heating. Thanks keep up the vidoes

G’day mate, that is exactly my plan. It’s a mongrel without the bypass system to try and diagnose the problems.
I plan to knock up a really detailed video on the system, hopefully for this weekend coming.

Oh that would be amazing if you could bud appreciate that. Currently playing with mine, think iv got the exact same issue as yours, i plugged my Nanocom in open the exhaust outlet, no air came out, tanks completely empty, re charged the system and can't see any leaks

Hopefully it is - that’s a nice and easy fix then
