  • Today was the first full force plyometric grip training day. The first day I didn't really train that hard I was just testing out the equipment but here is a full breakdown of basically Training day 2 of I don't know how many.

    Yes, Michael has an ideal home gym. My "old man" home gym is two different backyard pull-up bars, a few light dumbbells, and a local Planet Fitness. Great video and hope the training helps your tendon and grip strength!

    shirokov artem is a russian streetlifter who does tendon training too, that dude has steel cable tendons
