The beauty of Kundalini Shakti is that she knows when one is ready to handle her, even if you do these exercises, it doesn't mean that you're guaranteed to receive this spirit. When awakened, it's blissful however you get tested on your worst fears but keep praying you are stronger than any bad spirit that will try to distract you from connecting with her

Correct. Ye joker log CZcams par kuch bhi dikhate hain. Kundalini ko itne halke mein le rha hai ye aadmi. Kundalini is not some body movements or some exercises or some breathing technique. Agar galat tarike se jagrit ho gyi to pagal bhi ho sakta hai insan mar bhi sakta hai aur ye pagal log itna casually le rahe hain.
These all all mudra guyz that can be revealed in deep meditation automatically when energy rises. It automatically guides you.

anywhere from 5 minutes to a couple hours. It's about endurance and finding where your comfort level is and pushing beyond it, making sure to focus on the breath fullness and intensity as well as the rigidity of the posing and robotic-like movement.

I am a NEET Aspirant and I am so depressed in my life due to family problems and career tension.
And i am in 12th standard and my 11th got wasted and All this happened due to my anxiety, depression, I don't want to do anything in my life, Fatigue, Demorivation and I don't have time to practice yoga and other physical activities my 6-7 hrs get wasted in School but I 75% attendence is Compulsory and my desi parents don't understand me..
But i don't care about them as much as my Mental and Physical problem please suggest me something that can stable my energy and i can overcome from all these problems because i am dieing day by day inside myself.
I advice you to play life as a game only you have to free from results
Too weak mindset if u believe in depression it exist if u don’t believe it doesn’t exist if u take stress as a challenge it will eventually do good to you if u take it as a bad thing towards your body then it’s going to hurt and in the end it comes to mindset
Do meditations and give some food & your love and kindness to some street dogs, poors, and other lovable ones... Receive happiness and Serenity from them as return... Damn Sure this makes you glow in mental and Spritual states....

hey dear I am a 2nd year mbbs student...and I have crack neet without coaching....so I think I can give u a right suggestion
first please take out 1 Hour from your day for doing yoga and exercise....10 mint meditation,20 mnt yoga and half hour workout.
second take a continuous sleep of 7-8 hour everyday....try to sleep early and wakeup early like...11 pm - 6am.
3rd....don't waste time on scrolling....just stay away from any kind of distractions....and atleast study for 12 hours....it is not so necessary to crack neet in first attempt in my opinion....you can take one drop...don't be too harsh to yourself. you deserve all love and care...be polite with urself...
don't waste time on collecting study material from here and there just study ncert ....it's every single word should be printed on your eyeballs....
eat fresh food.... avoid junk....be healthy bcz a healthy brain stays in a healthy body....
just try what I said for one month u will see the changes...but u have to follow everything
I had also wasted my 11th standard....but it's never late to begin again....from now on don't lose your focus...keep one aim at a time....the more goals u set...the more distractions u will feel ....
