The Alaska Bear sleep mask is a great classic option. It is made of soft, Mulberry silk and feels very nice on the face. It is a great sleep mask for side sleepers, back sleepers, and stomach sleepers. If you want a classic eye mask, check out the Alaska Bear.

Wife likes to fall asleep to the TV I prefer a pitch black room to sleep. I hate the feeling of my eyelids and eyelashes brushing the inside of a mask. Any pointers for options. Also I tend to move between side and back sleep positions periodically.

The Nidra mask was bad because the inside fabric came off its seams after a year of use; also its velcro is too short so the strap was not tight and fell off during sleep.
I have the old Mavogel version and love it so much I have worn holes in the fabric. However, when I went to reorder they updated the style and I hate it. It bigger, bulker and doesn’t seem to block out nearly as much light as the old old. Also the new strap is WAY to stretchy that even when adjusted it just slips down my face. I wish they offered both versions. :(

The last eye mask I had with Velcro adjustable strap REALLY stretched out to where it is hard to use. The mavogel looks nice.
