    FYI: 6/2024 The manta slim disappeared for some time and it appears they brought it back! It is one of my favorite sleep masks and that is one I tend to gravitate towards out of the 10+ sleep masks I own and tested. Get one of these sleep masks here: Manta Slim: amzn.to/3xdM9Q5

      Got this mail from Manta today when asking about the slim one. Can’t use the other ones and the slim is a superior mask in my opinion. I also use a c-pap and the slim is the only one that works with masks and such.
      ”We regret to inform you that we have made the difficult decision to discontinue the sale of our SLIM Mask. This step was taken in order to streamline our product offerings and provide a more focused selection. However, I would be more than happy to forward your feedback to the appropriate team. Should we receive a significant number of requests from customers like yourself, they may reconsider offering the product again in the future.”
      So, we have to spam them with mail asking for the slim to be put back in production. It was also the most stylish one. New ones look like racing bikes. 😂

    i get sleep masks that use that stretch material often and over time it tends to stretch out losing its ability to retain its original size. Does that happen with this manta mask as well?

    Is this good if I sleep on my stomach

      You still need to tilt your head to the side which is basically side sleeping. I would go with the slim in this case.

    Did you test a bunch of sleep masks before choosing this one?

      I've tested too many. Although I would choose a different one based on the price range I want to spend.

      @@BeatTheBushDIY I'm looking into getting one. I need your best reccomendations

      @@christianfoster1665 Tell me what you want in a sleep mask and I can narrow it down. Do you care how it looks? Do you want heat? Are you a side or back sleeper or both? Do you have particularly long eye lashes? Do you want adjustability to custom fit better. How much are you willing to spend?

    • @christianfoster1665
      @christianfoster1665 Před rokem

      @@BeatTheBushDIY don't care about looks, mainly back sleeper but sometimes wake up on my side. I'd say medium eyelash length. I'm willing to spend more for quality too. max probably around $100

      @@christianfoster1665 Then you really need a back band that is thin. If you want adjustability then you have to stick with the Manta brand. You want adjustability to move the eye cups around or if you don't want the band to go over your ears. Then the Manta Slim with standard eye cups would be my main recommendation. They do have Manta Pro which has a more eye catching look and a thinner eye cup on the edge for side sleepers, however the back strap on the Pro is a bit thicker than the Slim.
      If you do away with adjustability, I think a Comfytemp non-heated one will do well. It's a bare bones no frills one but then it has some draw backs such as the front fabric snags easily. A great part about that one is that its cheap. Review on that here: czcams.com/video/iuNhyr1_UvI/video.html

    Which one do you recommend for people with a smaller head? From what I have seen from the review you can adjust the Slim one to about any size and the regular one you can`t fully adjust because there is limited velcro on it. Correct?

    • @BeatTheBushDIY
      @BeatTheBushDIY  Před rokem

      Slim will have a band that will also have a minimum size. I would go with the slim as that one is more comfortable anyway.

    They sure look sophisticated! However, I find that covering my eyes with blanket or hood is enough to keep out light, naturally, conveniently, and *cheaper.*

      Lol! A blanket? I couldn't do that as it shifts around and it might cover up my air.
