    Mmmm...Meat Samosas! Brings back memories of when I used to fly out of Mombasa back in the early 1990s. The crew and I would always get a big bag of samosas from the terminal café` to have for a quick lunch. I've tried making them myself but never figured out how to fold the wrapper so they didn't leak. Thanks for showing me how to do it properly.

    Real yummy, I am absolutely drooling. I miss those samosa, in South Africa we make them with phyllo pastry, greasy and yummy, I really do love the cabbage and beef combination. Thanks as always.

      @@bettymwangi4092 yeah some but auntetic taco meat is what they call carne asada . They are not grounded as that one he used . Smaller chunks of beef i guess 😅😅

    Lovely! Question,The pre packed meat, does one stuff it while cold or does it needed to be room temperature?

      Thanks Malaika, let the meat filling completely thaw, for one it will be easier to work with and will also ensure its heated through during the frying. I hope I have answered your question.
      Note: if you make filling let it completely cool down before storing and remember to date mark the package. Bonus tip 👍🏿

      Yes they do, but you can always use whichever you have in your pantry or available to you. I use either depending on what am making and appearance am looking for at the end.

    The dark green leaves on cabbage is where the vitamins are as with other leafy vegetables. Many people throw them away. Cook them.
