Cyclist was going too fast for the amount of traffic and the space available. Filtering was also a bit reckless. He can do it, but he can't complain if he gets whacked.

No one said he was breaking the law and the issue isn't actually about laws. The motorcycle has huge power and, more importantly, very powerful ABS brakes on treaded tyres. No pushbike can out brake a motorcycle, not even close. Motorcycles only filter when it's safe to do so and even then only because they have the tools at hand to avoid crashing. A pushbike has none of these things. Trying to overtake cars and filter on the outside on a push bike is insane, don't pretend otherwise. Doing it in the wet, with no clear line of sight with slick tyres and clip on pedals is about as mad as it gets. If he'd have slipped and gone under someones wheels, this video evidence would have damned him. For the record, I'm a cyclist too, so let's not pretend this guy on the push bike isn't a tit...
I was OK until he goes flying up the wrong side of the traffic island at 1:21!!!! This kind of things gets me the most angry. Doing that he's disobeying the laws of the road by keeping Left, he's putting oncoming road users at risk, he's risking lives of crossing pedestrians, and he is risking his own life. It also shows how impatient this person is.
FACT: a pedestrian in London was nearly killed after a women drove the wrong way around a pedestrian crossing island, because she was to impatient to wait to pass in a safer place. She was caught by police, and band from driving ever again.
He was keeping well with the rest of the traffic. Perhaps if you hadn't been tailgating him, he wouldn't have had to ride on the other side of the road.
