I really like the dub and so far, I really don't like Lanolin. Like the main point is for her to be a leader but she's been way too hard on people at overbearing. It was affecting Tangle and now she's kind of conflicted of who to follow because both of them are her friends. And I don't like how she disregarded her friend's safety since they could have gotten seriously hurt. It's just not good. Instead of coming of as a leader she just comes off as more mean and overbearing. Like it's not cool. It was the same thing for Silver too. I don't defend what he did but I felt like she should have taken his word seriously if there is a deadly assassin in the group. And she should have asked Duo to just take off his gloves. She disregarded silver and whisper and now she's disregarding Sonic, Tails and Amy and calls their equipment faulty. Like that is madly suspicious to malfunction during a race like that. Yeah this is kinda ruffles my feathers the wrong way in just kind of makes me more mad at Lanolin for being a jerk and not be nice.
@scarletlion haven't u forgotten what Lanolin been through? Her home village was almost run down by Eggman. It gave her hell of trauma, so she refuses to lose anyone else. She aggressive because she cares want might happen to her friends. And she is a referee!!! She can't show any biases towards anyone in the race. Even her friends. Don't take stuff out of context
@@bmoney8825 One everyone has been through that same exact trauma some worse than others, and has been nice and used their common sense. And two I understand that she's referee and that's all the more reason to understand what happened in the first place instead of just given people the automatic boot. She didn't ask what happened or checked if people got hurts she just gave them the boot regardless. So I felt like the choice there was kind of impulsive instead of just figuring out what's going on she's just going to take the easier way out. And not to mention that boards like these has been tempered with before and she has no clue about it so I think she doesn't have the experience about this. The hover gear has been tampered in previous games before so it could happen as well.This felt like what she just said was pretty unnecessary. And everyone has experience except her. I understand that she has trauma but how she's using it and how she's coping with it is not okay. I understand that she's trying to keep people alive and safe but she's not listening to others and to their other needs and feelings. Like what they to her said was serious. It's worse is that she is treating people like she is perfect and not listening to others.

@scarletlion1318 Ur right about a couple of things 1. She has no experience in extreme gear knowledge. 2. She was harsh towards Sonic and others and could have heard their explanation. But that defeats the purpose of her character and Clutch's plain. The writers made her this way because she did not overcame it yet, and she probably put too much pressure on herself. This is the reason that she is impulsive. it's her. I UNDERSTAND that everyone in the comics when threw with the same trauma but for Lanolin's character she can't overcome that easily like Amy or Sonic. And idk how you think she is using her trauma to be the leader figure, but that isn't true. There are people who use their trauma for their own validation. But she is not using her trauma for that it jus like what u said it is impulsive action of protecting her friends and not tarnishing her biases towards her friends, which is valid to her character. plus, she is a new character who can still have A CHARACTER Development. If we just go straight in the investigation, it defeats the purpose of this arc, and Clutch won't have any meaning to his plain. Plus, it's not like the writers want us to react towards her character, right???👀 So I say give her time in the next issues to see the changes. Idk about u but I'm so far enjoying this issue.

Heck Silver communicated what's going on and she chose to dismiss him about what happened. Like something she said needs to have proof or evidence but who lies about that in general. If there was a shapeshifting assassin that killed their own family that you let on their team would that not be into consideration. Like they're forgetting that this is a literal shapeshifter that can blend in with anyone and who can kill at any time. And I'm just mad because she is literally putting everyone else in danger. It could have been avoided if she just listened and just got off her high horse. She just came off just overbearing and just so strict. She's forgetting that she's not perfect and all of them are not perfect, all of them are teenagers. And what gets me more annoyed is the sense of superipretty about where it's coming from. Being a leader is not coming hot shots it's about listening to everyone else and how they feel and what to do when there is a concern. I really didn't care if she was a new character that just got in I'm just upset of how she's treating everything and everyone. And with this instance it just gets me more annoyed because that could have been communicated too and just infestigated. Understand it's supposed to drive the story but it could have been done a little bit more better and could have been avoided. But yet no one uses their common sense here.
It's time for Sega to make another sonic riders, but allow us to customize our own boards, abilities , and cast character. They can call it "Sonic Riders: Rebooted". I already call dibs on Amy😂😂 custom board name "freedom rider"
