10 Minute Arm Toning Workout // From Flabby to Firm with Light Dumbbells

- These arm strengthening and toning exercises are appropriate for all levels and ages! I'm using three pound hand weights, but you could go heavier as you grow stronger. However, always start with light weights or water bottles. Take a break if you need to and shake out your arms. Hop back in when you are ready. Keep your shoulders relaxed and focus on good form!
I may have gotten a little carried away because this video turned out to be longer than 10 minutes! More like 15 minute arm toning! Oops! More toning for you. You can do it and your arms are going to look great!

This was my first time doing this arms workout and whoa what a killer non-stop workout even with only using 3-lb weights. With your bicep curl combo set, I noticed that the last 3 reps you didn't do the doorknob turns, so I got a little behind because I put them in. I did your Cardio Kickboxing WO previous to this one and now I feel well worked out. I will be doing this one again. Thanks Lauren!

Perfect workout after ANY travel too! I usually add it to a ten minute speed bike work-out but it’s perfect after Hauling luggage, sleeping on planes & train, all of which makes neck and shoulders scream. And you can do it anywhere! For ten minutes, you get complete shoulder relief & neck relaxation. Thank you for this!!

This was a great arm workout. Initially I scoffed at 3lbs weights, so I started with 5lbs. haha I quickly had to lower weights and eventually had to go with no weights. Haha. I hope I can lift my arms tomorrow!

This video following the cardio as suggested was epic ..my weights were a bit to heavy so changed some of the movements not much but I felt it all .. great mixture and then rolling them together..this is the challenging part …as always thankyou 😅 🙏

I have just begun your videos. I love them. I could barely keep up with this exercise. My tendency is to want to repeat these particular exercises for several days. My question is this. Should I do another type of exercise in between this exercise? Then come back the day after and do these again. Thanks in advance.
Thank you Dana! If you are sore then do another type of workout between sessions. If your muscles are not sore and you feel like you can do more then it’s okay to repeat it. Hope that helps 💜

I have crepier arms that looks like cellulite would these exercise help to get rid of that? If not can you please implement exercises that do in fact take them away?

Yes Lucy! As long as you are not sore. If your muscles are sore, then you will a day off to recover, but because they are light weights, this workout is great for endurance and can be done daily.
Ooh that was hard as I have had a sore upper right arm for a while. Had to stop even though I was using just one arm.

A little carb and a little protein is best especially after strength training. Apple and peanut butter or carrots with hummus are a few of my favorites 🍎

Miriam, I'm going to address all your questions in this thread. Everyone's results will be different do to body type, effort and the size of the dumbbells used. I have had numerous comments on my channel about viewers having great results with my videos. Any exercises can help you lose weight which will reduce the look of cellulite, but please be advised there is no magic pill nor exercise that can remove your loose skin or cellulite. A good diet as consistent exercise can result in physical improvements.
