My French isn't the best, but I gather that a fair number of people commenting in French aren't too impressed with this food. But as an American, I must confess that (compared to our every day food that's easily available to the public) it looks really good!

Italians making French food with tinned and bagged ingredients using "METRO Chef" convenience line. Not the worst METRO has to offer, but anything but fresh. And this stall is horrendously expensive. Gotta pay all the many people stirring in those big pans.

J'entends parler italien.Donc je pense que c'est de la cuisine simple et savoureuse.Les Italiens savent très bien manger et bien boire, pour moi l'Italie est un pays vraiment sympathique ce qui est une exception en Europe.
Oui c'est en Italie et ce sont des Italiens qui font des recettes traditionnelles françaises. Pour la clientèle locale, c'est du dépaysement, ils sont à la frontière avec la Slovénie. Je ne pense pas qu'en France, on fasse de la cuisine de rue comme ça.

Some of it looks good, but €12,- for a “small” mealbox is outrageous! Afterall it’s streetfood, it should be easily affordable to all and the quality and quantity should be in balance with the price.

Ce n'est pas vraiment dans la tradition française la street food, donc ça me fait mal de voir mon plat national préféré (le cassouleeeet) cuisiné et servi comme ça...
La cuisine française traditionnelle ne se prête pas à la production de masse. Ce n'est pas du bœuf à la bourguignonne non plus (étouffé avec trop de pommes de terre et de carottes). Ces plats sont un désastre culinaire. Ces cuisiniers sont tous des adolescents. Savent-ils bien cuisiner??
