In this video my question is where is this place because this is a lot of food and I don't think that you have to be a professional chef to basically grill meat because they are not asking for temperatures and I see no starch or vegetables or sauce real easy but a lot of food reminds me of the ARMY when we had to make a lot of food breakfast lunch and dinner 7 days a week

At this festival, you can find more sophisticated food (moussaka, casunzei, snails, offal...) which can be also vegetarian and vegan.
By the way, this festival is based on traditionnal worlwide food so non vegan food is far more rappresented.
What I don’t understand is how do they sell so much meat when most of it is done at the same time
