Hicksy is a pro strongman and coach from Morecambe, UK. Winner of Britain’s Strongest Man, in 2019, Graham Hicks is well respected as a strongman athlete and a regular at Europe’s Strongest Man, World’s Strongest Man, the Arnold Strongman Classic and other Giants Live shows.
He also holds the records as the UKs best powerlifter with 1100kg, and the British Log Press record with 215kg.

It looked good, damn good. It also looked like there was a lot left in the tank. It'll be exciting to see what you end up pulling at Giant's Live.
The weight and speed are one thing - outstanding. But the strength of mind and character to take a step back and rationally decide not to push any further this session is the long term key to your success I think. Smash it big man!

Your overall technique. Set up to bar. Focus. Presenting your self. The set up.Getting to the bar the feet position and set up.All of it prior to the pull is all very thoughtful and methodical. Looks very impressive. And is exactly how it should be. Focus and consistency.

Been watching you and Evan, what a contrast, all good. Get the best head coach you can, as the lift is possible, you have to really believe it. When you get it based on this advice, my request would be a training session master class.
