Your use of the drone, plus getting ahead of the unit so you could shoot it coming at you - really added to the video. I second Tim Taylor's remarks below.
That’s one of the best trailers out there. Canadian engineering. Trailers last a long long time. Very well built.
Its been pretty good to us so far!
This is an excellent video, just getting into heavy haul and as a cinematographer myself I can appreciate everything about this..
Thank you very much!! It was a fun video to film. Heavy Haul is a awesome niche to film, so much cool machinery!
I work building trailers like these. It's going through the finishing department now. Im working on smaller ones now. Work is like building Tonka toys for big boys. I love it.
Hell ya that sounds awesome!!
Damn fine!! Set up! 👍👍
Thanks!!! We love it!
Nice shot going up over White Pass! Traveled that many many times.
I love my aspen 100ton one of the best trailers i ever pulled
That's what I like to hear!
Great looking rig
Thank you! WE love it!!
they are so nice when they are new
That's for sure, she is a little beat up now but still looking good!
A little overkill for a 490 but nice setup all the same
Thanks! It is our first Aspen, so our driver wanted to see how it handled with a smaller load for the first trip!

New subscriber from Italia here. Nice trailer!
Thank you!! And thanks for subscribing 🤙
nice set up!
Thank you!! She has been awesome so far!
Outstanding tractor. The T800W KW is the tractor for that trailer.👍
That's for sure! Hauls with ease!
Make more videos like this whit the real song of truck on the roadside 🙏🏻
Very nice combination. Impressive. Must not always be liebherr 996 load on 4 axles.... Like to see more loads
Bad Ass Low Boy Rigg.
Thanks!! We have been working her hard!
Nice video,
Thanks!
How's it holdin up? I usta weld HDG trailers at Trail King back in 2013-15. Good lookin trailer thou. Stay safe and stay strong out there.
hey there, i was wondering what the 2 axles in the back are supposed to be for?
Our company just bought a similar set up accept the jeep is 2 axles, have yet to pick it up. One question I have is I have used a single axle jump up Jeep with a lowboy but with a two or 3 axle jeep is there any way to jump it up or do you have to reattach the neck steering the jeep like a trailer?
СИЛЬНО!!!
how is load evenly distributed to the rear dolly?
is that axel on the truck a steer axel?
What rears are you running in that k whopper?
I'm a XL and talbert die hard type of guy lol. But checking out these E series aspin I'm very interested. I'd I would like to see how they handle cat D9 & D10. That 490 dont do it justice specially with that good looking T800 out front.
For sure! W don't have that big of dozers but we regularly haul 90 ton Grove cranes. No problems at all!
That’s a lotta axles!
A couple!!
I miss Washington state that’s for sure
Its beautiful but has its days! haha
Thats like half a million dollar trailer.👍
She operates like one!! haha
I have the same lowboy, put it to work first of September 2019, have you had any issues with the booster losing pressure after charging it during moves?
No issues so far! Are you losing pressure?
@@CeccantiInc Yes I have and it isn't all the time just occasionally, I need to call P&K and talk about it with them. I haul logging equipment so I just make it a practice before I get on the highway to double check it.
Yes hello, my wife is rather large and needs ample transportation to work do you have an 85 ton in pink? Maybe a cup holder and snack cubbies?
That is a sexy rig
wont argue with that!!
greetings from Chanel 🇮🇩
What’s the bridge laws in WA cause that seems like extreme overkill for a small excavator I pull a Komatsu PC600 on a Tri axle tractor & Tri axle trailer all day long
Its our first Aspen, so our driver wanted to see how she handled with a smaller load before we threw on anything heavier.
Colt Griffith Bridge laws are the same as Federal in Washington
Nice set up for sure ! But who speced out that tractor and order it with a SBA ? and not a SFA ? Set Back Axle instead. of the Set Forward Axle ?
joel noland setback axles are the way to go
Man
@@kevinmackay5233I sold Macks, International's and Pete's Nobody has ever speced out on a lowboy tractor ever, plus you need all the wheelbase for better tracking nobody cares about the turning radius on a over length truck and trailer plus you get a better ride in the truck
joel noland come to the west coast, we use setback axle trucks all the time. Pete 367’s, 378’s, T800 wide hoods (as pictured) and so on
3+3+3 lowboy
Boy, Driving this would make me walk about with a smell under My Nose.
It brings us great pride to have this set up in our fleet!
I’d take a general trailer over an Aspen any day of the week
That's good to hear!
Are you insane...
Aspen is one of the best in the industry!
@@bryanwilliams9589 couldnt agree with you more!! Its been awesome!!
No I’m not crazy but I’ve seen a brand new first load on it 80ton aspen pick up a 044 Madill and they weigh 200,000 pounds the front picked and the belly stayed on the ground we took a 80’s model 60ton ground bearing general loaded the same machine and that general still had arch in her back
General is the shit.
That trailer costs over $500k. Costs more than the truck hauling it
Jesus.. you'd think they were launching Sputnik. We've moved more on two axles. Back to Forensic Files....
Operating weight of that machine is between 105,000 to 110,000 lbs according to the manufactor. But please, continue talking.... 🙄🙄
@@Badger65 Must be hard to work in the US when you need a monster like this to pull such tiny loads.
Looks nice but no steering axels 😕😕 In Europe they only want steering axels. The trailer link behind is something we don't know, but is that hydraulic steering?
I was going to mention that they need to have an option of steering axles on the trailer. GMTA.
Probably because these trailer isn't aimed for the European market
The first piece before the main trailer is called a "jeep" weight laws in the US and Canada require certain spacing between each tire and more tires usually means you can carry more weight, if you have a jeep and stinger you can haul much more weight compared to just a truck and trailer
The piece at the back is called a booster I think, a stinger is a single axle unit connected directly to the trailer
@@The_JEB Thanks for the info, didn't know you had so bad infrastructure over there that you needed something like this to pull something as tiny as that, 6 rows of tires more than I'm used to.
Why daycab trailer?
Exactly
I would like to hang my Aspen tandem booster over a cliff and release it! But it probably would fail somehow
We try to maintain our equipment as best as possible. Well maintained equipment makes for a better day at work!
Ceccanti Inc sometimes no matter what you do to keep it maintained it was just a pos when it was delivered to you. That’s when you find out if the company will stand behind their pos and help out.
99% of the time they won’t..
@@ltsgarage7780 exactly! No amount of maintenance will make my tandem booster work correctly it is a design flaw
willysteck77 and they won’t help you get it fixed?
How old is it?
@@ltsgarage7780 2014 if I have a piece of equipment on board or something around the yard to help it's not so bad
I thought train rode on train tracks.
what tractor was that? the nose is too wide to be a T800
No ... it is a t800 with a single headlight (opting for a bigger radiator the dual headlight series has a smaller radiator)
@@abikerinpa thank you. i like the look of that rig
It's called a T800W (Wide Hood). As mentioned, it allows for the larger radiator for higher horsepower engines. There's also a T800H (High Hood). Google those.
wow roblox got really realistic 😂
I've moved 490s on six axles NYC
typical us overkill . tri tractor and four axle trailer all that is needed for that komatsu
That was the first time using an aspen, we wanted to test it with a smaller load before maxing it out. Might have been overkill like you said but she sure looks good rolling down the road
The US use mega long setups compared to others due to their bad bridges, that's why you see monsters like this in the US while you see a regular lowbed in most others places.
Ship to mars
D
that music sure does suck
Thanks! Mute the audio and enjoy the visuals!
music sure does suck
Thanks!! watch on mute next time!
Too bad, the bottom has fallen out of the economy. Really tough times ahead.
What does that have to do with this video?
@@CeccantiInc he lives in mexico.
What alternate universe do you live in? Employment numbers are up, stock market is up, wages are up...and in your universe the bottom has fallen out of the economy. You might want to try some reality therapy.
@@buckhorncortez Devil is in the details. It is a false economy. Cheap money has created a false prosperity. The fed has been dumping nearly a TRILLION dollars into the repo market over the last 3 months.
Cool trailer… Lose the ghetto music 👎
Thanks for your feedback!🤙
Hey!!! Let's destroy the video with stupid background noise
I know you think your intro is badass, but it’s really just annoying.
I know you think your opinion is worth a damn, but its really just a waste of time. Thanks for your feed back.
Why do you guys have these low capacity lowboys? They should be at least 100 Tons otherwise you wasted your money.
