Deeply apologize for such a bad experience our camera brought to you. We have encountered three or four customers who have met same issues as yours, but finally figured out that they have installed the interior and rear camera oppositely. Shall we know have you contacted us to get help before returning them? We will be very willing to help you if you have any issues with the products. Besides, it is better to check all the items to confirm if they can work well before installing them in the car.
Hello, I searched the internet for a few hours and many users were saying that this is a known issue with these cameras and the support team never replies, hence why I returned the camera. I do not believe I set the cameras up incorrectly, but of course this is always a possibility that I did as well. At this point I no longer have the camera and cannot test it again. I also do not have plans to purchase this camera again. In short, I did not contact support, I did the troubleshooting myself and researched the issue online to find that it is a known issue. I did expect the camera to just work at this price point and assumed there is quality control. That's why I set it up without checking first, clearly was a mistake. If users are setting up the cameras wrong, as you mentioned above, maybe there is a way to add a sensor or firmware update to the main camera indicating the rear and inside cameras have been plugged incorrectly? Either way thank you for the reply.
