    That was awesome, pick up some good tips. Toast, Avocado/ hemp hearts I have once in a while. But now I want to try the grapefruit smoothie and made the strawberry/chia jam. My hubby love jam but diabetic so that would be great. Loved the video and yes more please. Thanks for sharing 👍❤️😊

      So maybe it helps actually when you first mix the greens and the water really smooth.. And than put the rest into the blender.. I heard this Tipp years ago and now my smoothies looks so much better
