Patchwork on the Ratmaro! Bumper, glass, and MORE! (1969 Camaro)

- In this episode we get some "bodywork" done on the Ratmaro! Our 1969 Camaro rescue project starts with the exterior as we patch up some rusty spots, install a custom front bumper, and work on "professionally" replacing the back window glass. All sorts of things are uncovered during this process to include rust holes, bad primer, Bondo and body filler failure, bugs, vegetation, and tub and tile caulking! This poor thing has just been hacked up and neglected for years - time to bring it back to life and work towards the goal of getting it back on the road running and driving!

+1 for the Holey Goat / PBG name drop. 😂 Still no mention of the traction bars or the aluminum rear end cover tho. On a serious note, that car does seem to hint at having an interesting backstory.
Such a waste of what could be a great restoration of a 69 Camaro. 😢 Wish I could get my hands on one unfortunately life has different priorities for me right now.
We may restore it eventually, but for now I'm just looking to get it on the road again! Thanks for commenting.

Are you planning on an engine, or, what? If you do put an engine in, will you check on the brakes? Sorry, your order of upgrades seems different than what I would do. But I'm watching you.
Yes, I’m just working on what I can while I sort out the engine and trans situation. Brakes, suspension and steering will all be getting some attention no worries!
