- Awesome job yogis! Welcome to day 3 and with that a restorative full body yin yoga practice. Today is a super chill day, which we will spend mostly on the ground in seated poses or on the back. Get all the pillow, blocks/books, blankets you can find, get cozy and get some good music going. These poses are gentle for the body to recover from the last two days. This class is for you to let go, breathe, release, surrender and arrive. This can be challenging for the mind, so use the breath as your guide while you are in all of these poses. When the voice in your head gets loud, focus back on the breath. Inhale. Exhale. Repeat.

during the part where we focused on the pauses between inhale and exhale, i felt so centered like never before. i started seeing colors dance across the darkness of my closed eyes. idk how to describe it, i think i finally felt the flow of concentrated source energy, no thoughts even tried to come through. wild ❤️

A million thanks are probably too less to you both. today's practice was amazingly soothing and calming, I have been practising yoga from 2012 and have followed a number of yogis in youtube, I did come across some really good yogis but non like you both, especially flo. I have been searching for such a class from a long time and I am overjoyed to have found it finally. This is the best restorative yoga practice I have found. So I am truly grateful to you both. I started with you 3 days ago with the Stong Slow class. Then, followed with day one and day two. I usually don't enjoy restorative classes but you two made my very advanced yoga body sore! So this restorative class is very welcome! Again, thank you for the gift of these classes. I love them and they are making this whole virus ordeal much easier. I hope you are both well and safe. Thank you si muy for today’s practice, at 42 I yawned, but it was a good sign, at the beginning of the practice I wanted to escape a panick attack that wanted to take over me, as soon as I yawned I realized I had succeeded in sending my brain a sign of relaxation of to let go of the fausse alert, namaste

I’m 6 months into practicing with you almost daily and the changes I’ve experienced have been profound. Many years of trying all of the “mainstream methods” to reduce stress and find peace…some helped but quite honestly, most of it was a waste of time, money and didn’t have my long term health in mind. Your guidance not only opened me to a strong mental and spiritual practice and life, but also to getting physically stronger and healthier. Amazing. It’s difficult for me to keep stretching by myself, because I have stiff body. When I do stretching, I try to escape from the poses. This day 3 helped me a lot! With your lead, I could focus on my breathing and after this practice, I felt very comfortable. Thank you so much!

Wow! The Tennisball exercise was just…soooo: wow! I had the sensation my body was almost flying away after that. I had already been working on some mindfulness exercises through apps like headspace, yoga has been a great way to connect with that stillness of mind further. Coming here from your Embark program, being rather inflexible myself, the first two days were certainly a challenge. This day was very much needed. Thank you for the fantastic content, can't wait to keep going. Certainly a well needed daily ritual in these times.

Guys, I have started to follow your channel very recently.. I had IT band syndrome.. It was due to improper stretches post my run.. But doing yoga.. Not only relived the problem, but also engaged me in doing Yoga for relaxation.
You guys are great.. Very subtle yoga asanas for beginners with easy progression. Poses are excellent and its great way to enhance mental well being in this tough times. Though I am from land of Yoga, could never find a try Guru.. I guess my quest has come to an end. Thanks alot..

I looked around and these are perfect for my level, (experienced but out of practice) and I especially love your focus on breathing techniques. I should also add you brought forward two things that should have been obvious to me - I can play my own music in the background (partial to Buddha Bar) and that I can stop and restart the video as I need to.
