Today we're moving through a faster paced energizing vinyasa flow yoga practice which will move the body in all directions, lengthen and stretch, and prepare you for some pranayama and breathing exercise of your choice, followed by a meditation. Today's class is a little shorter so that you can head faster into your weekend :) Enjoy class!

    I love that you add 30 sec or so of nothingness at the end of your videos. Makes a real difference for staying gently present after the session, instead of rushing to make sure that the next video doesn't start. Nice and considerate touch - much appreciated!

    This felt really good, usually it is hard for me to keep up with a faster pace, but with this one I did not have any issues. That one legged chair pose tho..... hahah =)

    Two things I was told I would need for this course: a yoga mat and some blocks. Two things I discovered I would need for this course: decent ukemi and a sense of humour. I was stumbling all over the place today and even managed to fall out of the seated twist XD. I was able to put the blogs aside for the last warrior 3 pose though and got my fingertips on the mat.

    Firstly I got little happy to see the class is only for 35 min. But the pace this has🥴🥴...phewwwww. It got really sweaty. But at last its refreshing and super good.Thanku guys. Love from India.

    Hi,I am from India I have been practicing yoga ,it is good to explore the various other yogis(sadhak) method to help grow knowledge and pattern with caution ,yog has been indefinite everyone does it
    The breathe we take itself is a proof of yog

    I did the embark series a few times through and finally felt ready to give this one a go. It's been challenging but I have loved it and am seeing great progress! I can do chaturanga without knees and feel strong and stable now! So excited to see where I'm at at the end of the four weeks of this series. I feel the best I ever have in my body. Thank you for sharing these practices with us :)

    I really struggle with intrusive thoughts on a daily basis so meditating has always been a fear. I feel very emotional and grateful that i have found the strength to actually meditate and get to a place of peace in my mind. Even though thoughts arise, it is getting easier to find that peace.     I used to really be into yoga in 12+ years ago but I lost my way with it. Where I live there really wasn't anything progressive and I honestly got bored. I decided to get back into it after some time and I jumped into Ignite because I apparently didn't see the embark. It has been interesting so far! Your body starts to gradually remember and get stronger each day. I still struggle a bit with the transitions sometimes but I try not to judge myself and I laugh a little and still keep moving. I will say I truly do appreciate the breath work and meditation that you include in the practice. Thank you for helping me find my way back.

    I didn't say before but, I had major lumbar spinal surgery 15 months ago. My tailbone needed rebuilding due to an injury when I was young. These classes are so mindful, so engaging...and most importantly are gently prodding me back to my former flexiblity without cauing jury. I love both of your classes. You are both just so generous.     I’m back after the birth of our third child, a baby boy. It's the second day in a row, and I feel good. I'm noticing strength differences after a long break. I hope to keep this going for the rest of the year, even on the days of zero energy and no motivation.

    We're two weeks into the Ignite practice now. I'm doing this online with two other friends as well during the pandemic. It's challenging but every day gets a little easier and I'm finding I'm getting stronger, more flexible and have more energy. Thanks so much to both of you for your inspiration!

    Aloha. I'll add my gratitude for this practice! I decided to start my teacher's summer break with this program and every day has been a blessing. As a mother of 5 (I think you both can appreciate now what that means in terms of time for yourself!), I don;t always prioritize myself. For an hour or so each day this summer- I will!

    Thank you for the practice. It was very nice and great guided. I did it inspite of getting cold so you guys made my friday more happy. . Also I reminded one movie of yours about getting sick and using natural metods of getting better, and now comes the "netflix and chill" advise from you :) Relax time.       Hope you're feeling better soon too. Yes natural remedies and sleep is the best to heal, in combination with fasting you can heal a lot of stuff. At least this is what works for us. Great job today!

      That is what yoga does, it unites it all. We won't be using in our classes since a lot of people play their own music in the background or they use our music for these videos which you will find in the description (link to spotify). We have music only in the guided meditations.

      You can do sheetali pranayama if you need to. Most of us do not need it right now in the colder countries, but it can be a good idea after the flow or kapalbhati if you feel like it.

    It feels good to see my sweat on the floor during the exercise.. it gives feedback that I am doing something good and I am on the right path ..

      the breath is the only indicator of your practice as well as the focus you have in mentally while you practice 🙏

      So I suppose you are trying to teach me that I have to go with the flow, not putting so much pressure on my body and just try to be more mindful in that moment , focusing on breath and present. As this program and yoga is not only for body but also for the mind ..
      Am I getting your point right ? 🤗
