This recipe looks amazing! Lilikoi is my favorite as well (next to guava). Crack open a fresh fruit, rip it in half, and slurp on the juice and seeds with the unstoppable dripping going down your chin. I can't wait to give this recipe a try. Mahalo for sharing, aunty!

Not sure because it's diluted. Here I can get pure frozen passion fruit juice from the Mexican stores.

Maybe cook a little longer or use little more cornstarch.
I'm guessing the acid in the Passion fruit and the addition of sugar somewhat take care of any fear one would have in eating raw egg whites
There is no egg white and the eggs are fully cooked.
