Yeah, I hope this is true. I just went through a similar depth flood... I had no idea it was so deep until it was too late. Car still seems to be ok....
The high voltage system and motor are all sealed so it should be fine but maybe take it to Nissan just to check everything is ok

did any water get into the cabin?
From the diagram at the start of the video it looks like the water trough is 300mm deep. The water rises up to 700mm as the bow wave forms when the car is driven through.

Evs are fine. A Tesla Plaid was driven underwater no problem. Mythbusters drove a Leaf underwater again no problem. The electrics are sealed. Try doing that with your ICE car....
A lot of modules are not sealed such as IPDM under hood, and if water gets in a cabin to a certain level you will gonna get troubles.

for the moment in Germany, it is more than 700mm, 1 metre and even more
300mm. The height of the water is pushed up to 700mm as a vehicle drives through. Source: translating the captions (thanks you, Google Lens!).

Если у вас мокрые полы, то нужно разбирать салон и весь сушить, вы же не можете ковёр дома ведром воды, карпет в машине такой же, чуть водоупорнее.
