I like the model more than I thought I would from the pictures I have seen before.
Really enjoy 360 views. Gives a much better impression of the model then just pictures.
I thought the same, I was actually a little disappointed when I saw the photos. Once I had it built though I was very impressed.

Getting this thing's ribs attached to the spine was a nightmare for me personally.
Giving ideas for kitbashing the priest onto something else. That carrion arm though must be pretty top heavy?

What paints do you mostly use? Still citadel or have you swaped to ak interactive, pro acryl or other higher end paints?
I'm using citadel, Vallejo Model colour and I've just started adding Kimera, which seem pretty good. I'm going to add in more of the Two Thin Coats range once I swap out the awful bottles.

Makes it sound like magnetizing. The options are going to be close to impossible or a complete pain in the butt if you like to switch between the priest and the tomb king. Yes, right now we don't really know which is the best to have
I guess you could do it, but it would be so much work.
I will be getting this guy for my Thousand Sons.
I wish the wings were opened out a bit more, I may try to kitbash mine to look more dragon like but this will of course make it easier to break…
I'm sure it could be done. The nice thing with it being all bones is you can just cut each bone into individual pieces and have whatever pose you want.

No, it's all plastic.
I wish the rest of the models in the box were this quality, the 90s skeletons are too off-putting for me
I feel this a little too, although for me they do have a nostalgia factor, which helps. I'll use them for gaming as I think they look alright all ranked up.
@@demonrich I think I was nostalgic for how I imagined them as a kid rather than how they actually were 😁
I've replaced all the skeleton warriors in the box with my own kitbash using Warlord Game's skeleton warriors, citadel skulls, and the tomb kings shields and accessories. It's a fair bit of effort to convert a horde of them but the result is so worth it for me.
