The following paints were used:

Peachy Tips sent me here. Not disappointed.
My goodness, the levels of refinement are simply astonishing...
It's always a pleasure bud
Absolutely fantastic video Richard. I think what most of us get from these pieces of artwork you're creating is that it inspires us to attempt new things that are outside of our normal comfort zone. Thank you.
Thank you! That's the best thing, to not be afraid and just go for it!
Lots of useful information in this tutorial. So much free texture from the stippling.
The bone on this looks so amazing. 💀🤍💀
It’s somehow simple and less is more whilst being refined and detailed. You make other CZcams painters seem obvious and over busy. Loved the video as always.
Great wideo! Please more Old World, i.e. alternative color schemes
amazing work ! i d love to see the whole model done!
It will be, I just have to get Golden Demon out of the way!
@@demonrich cant wait to see your entry !
Awesome texture, very lifelike.
Really cool. 🐉
crazy looks
Great looking bone! Would like to give that texture look a try myself in the near future.
Holy mother of paint!
Absolutely fantastic! And another really nice video 😊
Thank you very much!
Thx a lot.
Yay!
Love this style of painting! Great job!
20:16 *efficient and economical 😉
💥💥💥
Really enjoyed this. I expect trying to paint this type of textured bone effect on a smaller model won’t work? Regardless looking forward to the next instalment!
You could do it with a smaller brush I think. It would depend on the model though.
I could be way off, but is it just me or do the palette colours seem a lot darker compared to how they look once applied to the model? Mostly the screaming skull and morghast bone
Edit: ridiculous work as usual
It's just because I don't have the painting lamp that close to the palette.
@@demonrich ah thanks so much!
Did u use a fancy brush?
I used an Artis Opus small drybrush, but you can also use a small makeup brush.
Have you ever tried pro acryl paints?
I do have some! They are nice and I think would work well for verdigris if you could find a colour match. I do find them a little too matte for the general work that I like to do though, but they certainly have their place.
@@demonrich thanks for the reply! Love your work
Those new monsters (and some of those semi old ones) are so huge they do not fit the 100x60 base...
Yes, I love how they look but they take a long time to build and paint!
@@demonrichall this scaling up resulted in a need for a new game where all those big minis could fit... AoS. Others are doing the same. Moving away from scale to sell more. Hate it long term. :D
@@demonrichtrue. I mounted a 50mm Chaos Dwarf Taurus or a 100x60 base and it might be perfect. 50x5mm base for Lamassu fits perfectly. Minimal overhang.
Whilst I'm not at a level where I can critise your painting very much, I don't think That metal head thing makes much sense having super shiney bits when immediately adjacent is so heavily weathered in green.
If I look at an old Statue, its basically all green with very dark brown almost black metal showing in some places.
There isn't much reason I can think of for a section to be so bright and all the rest so heavily greened.
Did a skeleton go over and start polishing that thing but then lose interest right away and walk off?
You clearly didn't watch the video as I covered this and mentioned it's not realistic. It's there to look cool.
@@demonrichI watched it in full. I'm all for rule of cool.
I was just making comment about the realism of it.
