Most people who complain about "missing social aspect" are guildless and expect randoms to give you a guild like experience.
There are hundreds of guilds on each server, for every skill level with alot of friendly people in it.
If you say theres no social aspect, then youre playing the game wrong.
In a guild youre not a number. Nobody gives a shit about your raider io score, except for really high keys. You can raid, you can banter, you can make friends.
Stop being a lazy piece of shit that expects to get everything handed to you like in classic. Work for it, earn it.

I find mcconnell annoying, and irrelevant to anything other than adding some edgy cringe to an otherwise well put together channel. I understand not everyone shares my views, and some people find his aggressive poopoo humour endearing. I’m not expecting to change anyone’s mind, or start an anti-mcconnell movement. He's actually correct, not even joking. The dietary association is corrupt. It was founded by religious vegetarians and did everything they could to make it look bad to eat fat/animal products. Ancel Keys is mainly responsible because of his "lipid hypothesis", which never was proven, and was actually cherry-picked data cuz hes a scumbag . So, they are responsible for the biggest health epidemic in the western world, killing god knows how many people and lowering the quality of life of many more. lol. wait until you find the truth about statins too. jesus...
he's literally wrong about all the stuff he says about sugar, other than it rots your teeth.

the first thing your body burns off is carbohydrates (sugar being the fastest to be broken down in your body, hence why athletes use energy packs when part taking in sports) then fat.
"sugar causes diabetes"
again, another myth. diabetes is caused by a number of things (type 1 being completely due to genetics). Type 2 is from potentially a number of things, usually a combination of genetics and diet/weight/genetics. usually overweight people get type 2, if you consume too much sugar and don't burn it off then this can obviously be a cause, however so can eating fats and literally not doing any exercise. i don't think Asmon has to worry about being overweight any time soon.

again, linked to weight. if you're fit or not overweight, sugar doesn't seem to be proven beyond any doubt that it will increase your blood pressure. the caffeine within his Dr Pepper will definitely increase high BP tho.

Sugar is connected to diabetes. Humans never really developed that until agriculture came onto the scene, which is when we focused on eating grains. It brought us obesity, diabetes, teeth rot, alzheimers and just general metabolic syndrome.
As for BP, from my understanding, its linked with insulin resistance. People blame salt, but in truth its probably the fact we mix salt and sugar. Salt itself isn't indicative of high BP,

sugar isn't connected to getting diabetes tho, not within itself. sure if you're overweight from eating too much sugar it will certainly be a factor, but that is being overweight, much like if your parents have it, you're vastly more likely to get it.
BP, has a large number of contributing factors, it'd be impossible to link it to one thing alone. Stress, caffeine, salt, weight, lack of exercise. there's a vast amount of things that can contribute to it, sugar thus far isn't on the list tho if you argued that it could potentially, i can't dispute that, but key word is potentially.

Then they do it and profit.
It takes great knowledge and discussion to even be aware of some of the problems the average person can't articulate, and clearly Asmon and friends are bringing their own experience as well as crowdsourcing reactions, meaning they have a third party to validate their own feelings.
Lots of potential, if they're interested that is. It takes a lot of work and focus, dedication.
