After 7 Months of Waiting, We Have Received Our Physical Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!! Unfortunately, 2 of 5 were DAMAGED and as of today 4/13/2022 Funko/Droppp has sent me a return shipping label and is allowing me to send back the 2 damaged items! (one time no exceptions due to limited supply)

How many packs did you get!? That’s awesome man. TMNT are my favorite.
Crazy to see all that damage in them. I received one and the bottom looked as if someone stabbed the front bottom and ripped it. I sent a picture to them and they said they would send a new box and sticker but it could take a few months and they are backed up on boxes so it’ll come “eventually.”But they can’t guarantee the new box they send will come in good condition. Mind blowing.

Thanks for sharing this video, it's nice to see the first physical digital pops. Did you already contacted Funko to get those damaged boxes replaced? Hopefully they will replace it. I've had some damaged boxes shipped from Funko and was only able to get some of them replaced. According to Funko, the boxes are for protection only and are not meant to be a part of the display, and suggests for us collectors to have the figures out of the box. Shame on them, they should know better that there are collectors who store the figures in box, as the box artwork is part of the display as a whole.

haha, exactly! They know this too after over a Decade if not 2. But yes, I contacted Droppp.io that is digital site for Funko. They got me a return shipping label and said they'd do a 1 time replacement for both. Was happy to hear that. I've purchased directly from Funko and experienced what you said. Sometimes they just don't have extra boxes to send you one. I feel like these are all so rare that they need to have some extra supply for damaged. It may have to do with the size of the box all 5 came in.
