One night backpacking trip in Gem Lakes, Eastern Sierra in California. Little Lakes Valley is a beautiful trail with breathtaking views. Very popular trail and we were fortunate to get our permits to hike and camp at this beautiful place.

Favorite spot in the eastern Sierras. Chicken foot lake has the best camp sites and an overnight stay at one of the cabins in the valley is good for adjusting to that 10 thousand foot elevation.
