This is california remember. If one agency or another isn't overregulating something you'd probably think you're in the wrong place.

Now if they set up tents and broke out the crack pipes, that would be OK.
    Talk about government over reach.

SD has literally started to criminalize homelessness. This is a really bad analogy.

@kevinzavala106 oh really? I see homeless tents in East Village and around Mid-Way. No one has been arrested.

@@miz6229 that makes you the leading expert in homelessness right? I’d rather listen to actual evidence than take your face value opinion.

@kevinzavala106 🤣 says the guy who made a general statement that SD is criminalizing homelessness with ZERO evidence. Do you even live in San Diego? I bet you don't and just parroting some politicians' press releases and claims. I do live here and see that the only thing happening is the homeless just move to different spots.

Why do these yoga teachers think they are above the law? It’s public land and they’re getting mad they have to follow the law and not congregate where everyone should have equal access to? They’re just mad they can’t profit off this view for free now. You don’t see CrossFit companies setting up shop at sunset cliffs.

Putting the word "teacher" in your title isnt gonna make a difference. Neither is the word "donation".
You're running a BUSINESS for profit on public areas that are meant for everyone. If I, a tax-paying resident can't find a spot on those cliffs to relax because there are yoga classes, amongst other large groups that regularly "steak out" the entire stretch, something's not right.
Why not find a small spot on the actual sand that will still leave the rest of the beach for OTHER residents to enjoy??
