I loved it. Really worked my whole body out. Only thing is, during the 15s resting time, please maybe show the next exercise because transitioning here was a bit difficult not knowing what comes next. But I loved it!!!!!

If you do this make sure you eat well and healthy. Balance on cheat days not the cheat meals. Otherwise you’re just wasting your time them lbs ain’t going to drop so be mindful and make your goals realistic all around not just in your thoughts. If you want it bad like myself, discipline and consistency is key. Ok now get to it. Love y’all ✌🏽 😘.

Yes Annabelle, yes girl 👏🏾👏🏾.....cannot wait to get my before and progression photos 🙌🏾. These keep me going seriously, they've become so much easier but I STRUGGLE girl! I also still have a dead left ass cheek 😑 and now think it's related to a hip popping I hear when doing certain exercises, like mountain climbers.....I have to modify so much. If you can do anything on that or any knowledge on it, that be dope. Literally doing some of your exercises to keep warm here in Oklahoma lol. Keep it up, your body looks so good btw 🤎

4:07 gravity is taking over, easier than it look but too much strain on the lower back, be careful executing those. Everything else though is pretty fair, simple enough form for beginners to follow. Good job 👏🏾

Epson salt baths are good for strengthening workouts for sore muscles 😉
I’m no expert, but jumping jacks and high knees are great, medium impact warm-up exercises for me. Increasing the speed with every set also helps get me pumped. For low-impact, you could substitute the latter for marches.
The key is to stretch after your work out hun. It does matter how short your workout is.
