actually u can get XP to Service Pack 3 and u can install tha unofficial Service Pack 4 but Service Pack 3 has to be installed before Service Pack 4 for Windows XP
For 64 bit i think the latest is SP2
@@makhirtech oh yea dat'z right! i don't full with Windows XP 64 bit, also keep in mind i would recommend u get games off of GOG for non supported OSs over Steam! PhilsComputerLabs has a vid about it

The fastest CPUs for Windows 7 are the i7-6900K (consumer) and i7-6960X (server/enthusiast). The fastest RAM supported could be 64GB 2666MHz? I don't know for sure. You can also get an NVMe SSD with this I believe, It will only be Gen 3 though. As for the GPU, I need to do some further research.

Yeah the only issue is the fastest Windows 7 PC is too expensive as it is still modern
Apparently, all of Skylake X is supported. So you could theoretically install Windows 7 on an i9-9960X.

Windows 8.1 runs on newest intel cpus and ryzens though… rtx 2000 is the last gpus before heading into unofficial drivers which are not hard to find

@@minecraftgamerxbox2004 rx 6000 series do "work" on 8.1, but don't even try. YOur browser will be crashing, cause these drivers are insanely unstable
