Played that game a lot back then. If you collect all golden masks, you'll get access to the secret level. 15 Golden Masks can be obtained for collecting 10 red masks on each level, remaining 5 is hidden on "Chinatown", "Waterfront", "Sewer", "Roof Top" and "Factory" levels (if I remembered it right).
Beating the secret level also shows an interview with Jackie Chan and some making of scenes + monk-like clothes for Jackie

Look we all know that Erhgeiz Dungeon Mode is top shelf.
I adore that ridiculous game and it's obnoxious sound fx.
It's how I learned about FF7 characters. XD
Stream chat kinda dropped the ball there, they could have told Mike he could use way more grab moves (circle) and counter moves (L2 I think). Combat is a breeze with those.
Also, holding R2 (I believe) lock-in the target in front of Jackie to circle around, pretty neat beat'em'up game for the time, provided the player get used to the controls.
Grab (circle) does everything in this game, open doors, grab ladders and weapons, toss enemies and hurl weapons in hand.
I played this one for the first time only a couple of years ago. Great playability with all the possible combos you can perform and also a great level design.

Its not about making money. Its about people not getting the videos delivered to them when a video gets demonetized. If I make a video i want my subs to see it. When videos get demonetized, youtube doesnt seem to like to send the video out to people.

As I remember, about 20 years ago, since I last played this, the game overstays its welcome. If the levels were 25% shorter would've been better. If you are interested in playing as the Drunken Master you should continue if not you won't be missing much. It's good, but there are some nostalgia goggles effect for 90s kids like myself.

There seems to be a pattern indeed where beat em up games interest you more apparently if there are also platforming elements in it (at least if I go by what are probably the games you enjoy the most in that genre: the Double Dragon games on NES). But you are certainly right with this game being way longer than those games and it running out of steam along the way.
Also, if I sometimes get bored on YT, there is nothing better than to watch some classic Jackie Chan fight scenes (especially the final fights against kickboxer Benny "The Jet" Urquidez from "Wheels On Meals" and "Dragons Forever"; from the former I learned that you apparently can kick so fast that you can blow out candles :)).
4:57 There is nothing wrong with 60fps, in fact some type of games are really bad when played in 30fps, shmups being one of those.
