I love it when Mike yells at guy in chat, i was on the receiving end of one of those once before; not this tho, but it’s more like an AoE rather than one guy getting scolded, so that it teaches people to not demand things.

Carvel still sells Hug Me the Bear. They also have "Nutty the Ghost" now for Halloween. I'm not making that up!
I love this game but can't seem to hang with the leaders without either my car being damaged or just not being able to keep up. Guess I need to git gud.

I owned F-Zero on Super Nintendo back in the 90's. I liked it. Fun game. I also owned the Super Scope 6 . Brought a lot of joy in my early life.

1:50:00 (or wherever it was, was playing F-Zero while watching this) - I agree with releasing games the day of announcement completely! No one needs 3+ months, let alone 2+ years, to get excited about a game. Unless you're a Go Fund Me game, is there any advantage of hyping people about your releases 2 years from now over "Here's a new game we're announcing, get it right now!" or at least, "Available Friday next week!" The early announcements seem like a vestige of a time when they did staggered releases due to localization.
This game is incredible and I very much enjoy watching you stream it.

The Generation X/Millennial/Boomer stuff is astrology. Someone born in 1978 is going to be far more similar in their experiences (assuming they grew up in the same place) to someone born in 1982 than someone in 78 is to someone from 1965, or someone from 82 is from 1995.
Trying to finish Red Canyon 1 under 1m36s to unlock the backdrop gave my thumbs blisters (I was using the Switch Online SNES controller). Now I know the pain lol.
I did it with the joy con in handheld, it was easy and no blisters.

Loved the bit where there were actually people from the Twitch chat in the game. I wonder if that also happened with any of the previous games in the 99 series.
Regarding the part talking about the Super Mario Bros. Super Show: I think what made me personally like the Zelda cartoon despite the corniness was that it was pretty faithful to the games at that time (at least more so than the Super Mario cartoon was). Certainly would have deserved something like 39 episodes or so.
Great stream last night really enjoyed it Mike! I think I’m gonna dust of the old ps1 play GTA 2 tonight or just stick it in my PS2 or PS3. As Fall/Autumn begins we enter PS1 season?
