    Bad handwriting is one of the many traits of intelligent people, so let's not be too bothered about it chef. Thanks for the thorough explanations. Writing on cakes might seem easy but it's actually very tricky as it can either make or break it and that's why I hardly write 😂

    Thank you so much for this very helpful carefully explained lesson. In my free hand quilting I do something similar by practicing with pencil and paper what I want to do so my brain and hands know what I want them to do ....and also the feel of it. I’m not nervous of giving it a go now.
    Looking forward to more chocolate work. 😘

    ...and here is another great tutorial from a master...
    Mr Yener, do you temper your chocolate or add a bit of oil/fat etc.? It seems to be more liquid than the tempered consistency I know...
    Greatings from Germany

    • @Yenersway
      @Yenersway  Před 5 lety +6

      I use compound chocolate which is not rquired to temper. around 40 degree . When chocolate melted it is too liquid , I add few drops of water or alcohol to make it little firmer.

    Great tutorial, but when you're writing on a cake that is above the height of your paper on the flat table, do you rest your right elbow on something so that your hand is raised up higher?

    • @Yenersway
      @Yenersway  Před 5 lety

      No need to be so particular. Just rise your body from your hip up and keep your elbow in your prefered comphortable position. Make sure left hand touching to the right piping hand.

    Hi your grip of the cone in last example different to the rest. Why is that?

    • @Yenersway
      @Yenersway  Před 5 lety +1

      Two reason: I was trying not to cover top camera and my speed was high. When speed increase you need to preasure more, that is why I grip the cone with my whole hand instead 3 fingers.
