Potential Tropical Cyclone 4 live tracker: Tropical system over Cuba; Florida, Gulf of Mexico next

All eyes are on Potential Tropical Cyclone Four, previously known as Invest 97L, has it moves across the Caribbean towards the Gulf of Mexico and Florida. As of 2PM, it was crossing eastern Cuba and is expected to bring tropical storm conditions an heavy rains to portions of the Florida Peninsula.
The system is expected to move near or over the west coast of Florida Saturday night into Sunday morning.
